These guys are total professionals. I was that awkward customer that had an urgent time frame to get my cracked windscreen replaced and these guys delivered without complaint! Very came back as tidy as it was when dropped off and workmanship is second to none, as well as taking care of all the insurance process. Great job Marlborough Glass👌🏻

Absolutely 💯 great service, was driving in Kaikoura and a rock hit our motorhome windscreen. Called Novus and upon arriving at 12.20pm they fixed big Crack within 15mins. Great Blenheim company, well done

Great service. Resealed my windscreen within 2h after arranging an appointment the week before. No more water ingress.

In and out within 2 hours, got the screen replaced and abit of surface rust fixed. All staff I encountered were polite, friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend

Wonderful 😊 very accommodating

Staff were friendly and communication was good. They appear to have done a good job of fitting new windscreen. However they managed to order the wrong windscreen, obviously didn't properly check the old one which had a heating element in the bottom. I was given the option of waiting until the next week for car or taking standard windscreen which I did. I live an hour out of town and waiting for car was inconvenient. Also managed to lose my policy number which they had to ask for again.

Great service and friendly staff. Simon, Bev and team are true assets to Novis. Unfortunately I have had a number of stone chips on our work vehicles. They try to keep us on the road with quick reliable service thanks guys :)
