O.My car was booked in for a full groom - i dropped it off at 8am was delivered to work by the most pleasant young lady, my car was delivered back to me in the afternoon - and well WOW it is like a brand new car. I certainly will never bother cleaning my car again! Excellent service and brilliant job.
A.Thank you for the excellent customer service I received yesterday from Top Gear. A HOUSE CALL to help a damsel in distress and then in no time at all my very very dead car was towed in by the big boss himself and a loan car organised so that I could get to work on time. I called this morning for an update and was advised by the AWESOME receptionist that the work on my wee car was done but they will keep it for a while longer just to make sure the same problem doesn't happen again.

b.Went to Top Gear motors yesterday 27/10/16 with my WOF failure report which stated I had a fail due to a steering lock problem, the problem was explained to me in detail although I admit I didn't have a clue what he was talking about, (I'm not a car guy no way), he then called over the manager who backed up his mechanics assessment, my car was dealt with quickly, proffesionally and I was flabbergasted, usually mechanics are a madhouse with no one taking an interest in me or my wee car unless I trip them up.
Whilst waiting a cup of coffee or tea and bikkie would be nice, but believe me I'm a hard to please kiwi from Scotland who is quick to complain if unhappy but I'm equally quick to praise if appropriate.
Will definitely be back but in all fairness this was my first visit to Top Gear motors so look out for my next review after my next visit next week with my car after its WOF, the other car was my wife's
C. L.Bet service ever, sorted out my broken down car easily and dealt with all the warranty stuff for me, I barely had to do anything except pick up my fixed car, couldnt reccomend them more
