R.We have been coming here since it opened to get our cars serviced, ringing up getting the cars booked is quick and efficient.
Good communication by the team if there are any issues and if extra things are needed to fix our cars they ring and explain it to me as I am useless around cars myself.
Great work every time and I trust them with our vehicles, one of the best things my Step dad told me was don’t look for cheap look for professionalism, you want your car to be operating correctly and safely if the family are travelling in them.
Mike, Tessa and there staff are fantastic.

G.Excellent service and superb advice given to me when I picked up my vehicle. I had the platinum service completed due to a special offer through AA. There was small print on the deal indicating that I could only take advantage of the offer if I didn't have to have special oil (or something). Mike happily allowed me the discount - AA you need to make this caveat much clearer!! Thank you Tania at the desk :)
R.Mike and the team are amazing. I'm a young driver with an older car and I never have to worry about wof, servicing or any repairs that may be needed. They make everything clear and easy to understand and everything is so simple. From making a booking right through to collecting my car.

F.Expensive labour, but good repair work and customer service. My van was left in a mess after the radiator was flushed while the engine was still hot which broke the radio and left marks allover the cab. Pretty disappointed in that regards, but can't fault them on anything else.

Z.Honest auto mechanic is what everyone is looking for. I have had Michael O'Donnell looking after my vehicles for many many years - in all of the shops he has run. He's now heading up AA Service Centre near the old Lancaster Stadium ... and just as honest, thorough and competent as ever.
J.Great customer service from the mechanic, good communication and fast service. I was a little disappointed my car was left unlocked around the corner on a busy street, very relieved nothing was taken. I would still return but would remind them to lock the car for me if they are planning on leaving it out.
D.Went there on AA recommendation, they fitted me in for an urgent repair then also did a service, wof, new tyres and other bits, excellent to deal with, friendly reception, kept me well in touch with progress and costs, very happy with the experience.
P.Quick and easy WOF, wasn't much of a backlog. Called and had it all sorted out in less time than expected. Would have given 5, but was delayed by 20 minutes when a customer arrived after me. Don't really mind, but would have appreciated being told there'd be a slight delay because of a prior booking.
K.Took them ages but in the end their pre-purchase check was great and they took the time to talk us through everything, so we could make an informed decision.
