Really friendly and helpful people with reasonable prices. They helped me do a mechanic check on my first car and gave me new tires. Great service and patience for serving younger people like myself

They are good honest people and they look after you really well the guys at reception are friendly and will accommodate you in every way and the guys on the tools seem to know what they are doing would recommend them in a heart beat

Excellent fast and friendly service. Great team. High volume of vehicles being tested - highlights and testifies to highly successful and efficient testing station. Much sure you arrive at least 10 minutes early so as to save your appointment. These guys know their automobile stuff. Highly recommended. 😊👍

Very slow service as only one terminal supplied by land Transport Authority for new Licences and Renewals and Licence changes,and there was two AA terminals dedicated for WOF and Registrations were not very busy which I found frustrating that they were unable to assist the one lady who was doing her best at the Licences Terminal,Land Transport need to supply another terminal to speed up people waiting cue for service.

Bronze service and wof. No waiting. Less than 10 mins after arrival the car was being worked on. Kids loved their stamps and being able to see the car go up on the hoist from reception.

Very polite staff, done a great job correcting my wheel alignment. Only issue was I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour and it took 2 hours. Overall good outcome.

Friendly staff. Good service no bother sorting out what was required to repair and service my car. Good communication about progress with the work in hand. Very pleased with service.

After receiving great service with a new battery, we decided to try a Gold Service versus going back to the dealership as we've done for several years. Wow. What a great team with great service. And at a very reasonable price!

Great bunch of guys, Rob served me, delightful man with a huge smile, he sorted me out with a new battery and WOF for my trailer in and out in no time at all. Thanks ☺️

My van needs fixed and after receiving a VERY high quote from another business, I contacted Hamish and his team and they were able to do the same job for a much cheaper price. I am very happy with the service they gave and i'll be coming back in the future every-time my van needs to be fixed or serviced. Their team is super friendly and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants good service and fair prices :)

I rang in the morning, got an estimate (that was $400 less than another shop) to replace rear shocks and was able to book the car in that day. Was given a loaner car to go back to work, but they finished the job so quickly I almost didn't need it! Great service.

Easy one stop shop for my vehicles ... All employees are friendly and tell me exactly what needs to happen with my vehicles rather than getting me to spend money on useless services... i have been getting my vehicles serviced here from last 4 years ...not overpriced at all ...

Had my car serviced and WOF done by Hamish and the team at AA Hornby. They did an excellent service and were honest to deal with, unlike other cowboy service shops where they hold your car for ransom to have them "repaired" with their workshop, or won't pass WOF. AA Hornby's reputation is well deserved. Thanks again Hamish!

I called in prior to a long weekend, needed a battery checked, they were friendly, helpful checked it. I needed a new one they had one in stock and replaced it for me at a competitive price. I would highly recommend.

I bought the Gold service. I wouldn't bother next time, I don't think it is worth the extra. The bill I received even though it listed the checks that were included in the Gold service etc it did not show the results i.e. my car was supposed to be plugged in and scanned but no mention on what was found. My car still has a pop up reminder for a periodic inspection which makes me suspect it wasn't done. One of the comments on the bill was my wipers weren't the best but unlike other mechanics these weren't replaced so I popped round to Repco on the way home and bought a $40 pair which took 5 mins. I am still deciding if I will go back to them. My car is running OK with no problems, the dash was given a wipe down and the tyres coated with something to make them look nice.

Friendly and helpful staff! My van got fixed here for a fraction of what it was going to cost at another company. Reliable and honest, I'll definitely be going back here from now on.

Highly recommend. Friendly, professional, non judgemental. They could have charged me more but they didn’t. Definitely will be getting my maintenance done there now 🙂
