Excellent experience with the team at Aceomatic! I’ve had the car back for a few days now and it seems safe to say they got it sussed right the first time. You don’t come here for the cheapest possible transmission work, but you certainly get what you pay for. Professional, outstanding quality, and you can tell the team is extremely knowledgeable. You do know you’re in safe hands with these guys. I was also especially impressed by the excellent communication from Nikki throughout the whole process of my transmission rebuild. Really appreciate all the hard work from the team to get my BMW back on the road! Cheers guys.

awesome service by these guys. I bought my custom ls1 isuzu bighorn in for a complete tran overhaul they built it better than new unfortunately for me the torque converter dropped a bearing. thank goodness thse guys have such a great warranty. 2year and or 20thousand k ,,no question about it they are as good as there word,fixed it no problem no charge, I wish there were more people out there like this.to my dieing day I will sing there praise s thanks guys bloody good

Had these guys do oil and filter change for an 8 speed ZF transmission on a Jeep recently. Quoted $630 which came out $20 more due to an oil additive which was justified. 2 week wait for appointment, my wife mentioned the mechanic didn’t really engage in conversation well during pick up but the job was done well which is the main thing I guess. They were $120 cheaper than another local transmission repair agent quote which was nice.

On recommendation I contacted ACEOMATIC and spoke to Luke re a concern I had with the transmission on my vehicle. Luke was pleasant, helpful and without looking at the car gave me an indication as to what he thought the problem might be along with an estimated cost should it be that. Following a scan the problem was identified as that. The job was done - price as indicated and would have to say the whole process was personal, professional and easy for us. Thank you Nikki & Luke for a job well done! We would not hesitate in recommending Aceomatic Transmission Services.

Gr8 but as I live semi rural.It would have been nice to know they discount my batrey so have to get my stero reset.Driving for miles no sounds.Buga🙃

I was recommended Aceomatic by my mechanic after he had inspected my BMW and thumping noise/feeling in the lower gears. I trust my mechanic and his opinion after a long history. This is important especially for most women with their cars if they don’t generally know heaps about the mechanical stuff. Although it was still a pricey job for me ($1254.00) it was a lot better outcome price wise than I was anticipating. The team were great and kept my car over the weekend after diagnosis in their secure building while I deliberated over the problem and impending cost to repair. I gave the guys the go ahead on the Monday morning and my car was ready by the end of the day. Fast, efficient honest service. Nikki the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Team 🙂

Always a good place to go especially if you have a car that is not as common as many others

The gearbox in our Sportage collapsed. I emailed on the weekend. Aceomatic were very responsive and phoned before the business opened on Monday morning. The vehicle was towed to their premises, the problem assessed and quote given within a couple of hours. The job was completed well inside the time frame given. A pleasure to deal with a company that provides excellent customer service

Honest Service from Aceomatic team. Took my vehicle to another Transmission company- was quoted near on 2K for rebuild. Upon recommendation, took it to Aceomatic and they diagnosed and changed a $200 part....job done Will be bringing all my vehicles though here from now on

As per many of the other reviews, highly recommend the team here. Dropped my Audi A4 wagon off on the back of a tow truck [ arrrhhhh!!] with fluid flowing out and the thing seized. Was greeted by the super helpful reception and said they'd look into diagnosis. They called the next morning to confirm a diagnosis and solution which turns out to be no biggie and by lunchtime that day the work was done at a very respectable price. Completely exceeded my expectations and would recommend as your place for specialist transmission repairs.

I had the transmission fluid changed at a mechanics but it caused a few issues, I took it here for an assessment. They took it for a drive, scan and then provided a report. Not only that I had a talk with the mechanic for a good 15min afterwards that filled in any gaps in my understanding. Well priced for the service provided.

These guys serviced my '13 Mondeo's Powershift auto transmission last week. Final price came out exactly as Luke estimated over the phone - which was around 20% less than a competitor. Efficient and friendly from start to finish. Recommended and will be back with our second vehicle when needed. Thank you.

I got caught out with a car that would not let me have anything other that 4th gear out of 7. Dropped off 7.15 Monday, phoned 3.30 Tuesday to say it was fixed. Great service. Could not fault it.

Very nice people. Had to get dual clutch replaced with service. Work was done promptly and explained well Understanding and trustworthy thanks Nikki and the team.

Had my 2013 Holden Captiva transmission completely fail. Rang another transmission shop but they couldn't look at it for about 2 weeks but said likely to spent around $6000 to overhaul/replace if it was that bad. Rang Aceomatic to see if they could look sooner which they could fit in the next day. They checked it out and it did need to be overhauled/replaced which I gave them the ok to do, but they be to hold off as they were checking with holden because they had extended the factory warranty on the transmission on some of them. Sure enough one week later Blackwell's were putting a new transmission in it. So you can't beat that for honest service and saving me thousands, even stored the car for a week till blackwell's could look at it. Thanks to Luke and the team will be recommending!
