For 3 yrs been doing servicing, repairs and wof for BMW 320i. The mechanic had always explained in detail about the problem after diagnosing. Few months back did a pre-purchase inspection for Camry hybrid and was happy with their feedback. They're professional, reasonable and understand customer satisfaction.

Top quality service and repairs on my BMW. Explained everything in detail and offered great advice too. They have years of experience with European cars and know what they are talking about. Best of all they charge a very fair price (not dirt cheap but not too expensive either). For the thorough service, it was worth every cent. Thank you Acton. Great alternative to European car owners who don’t want to pay the premium pricing from dealers.

Great service with good communication. Everything I had worries about was looked at and attended to. I was very pleased with the results and can recommend Acton Automotive.

Recently had my BMW 3 series looked at here for an oxygen sensor, very helpful, communicative and polite staff. Reasonably priced and will be returning for any other issues I have! Great to find a reliable garage here in Christchurch!

Was disappointed with communications here. They had my car for over a week yet I seemed to be the one ringing to see how far they had got with my car. I couldn't go to work for over a week whilst it was in their shop, but as soon as I mentioned this he said he will make it priority but he should have done this from the start. Very expensive repairs & had to get things done on a WOF that they didn't pick up on only weeks before.

Took our Audi there for an extensive job. They were excellent in every regard: Chris organized for a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, Damon (mechanic) called me regularly with updates on the progress, they addressed other issues not related to the main problem, and when I picked up the car Damon showed me every single part that was replaced, pointing out the reasons why it was replaced. They even did the WOF as mine had expired while it was in the shop. When the work was finished, Chris e-mailed the invoice to me prior to picking up the car so I could go over it in case I had questions. I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the high level of customer service and professionalism. I will certainly go back to Acton in the future, and would have no reservations about recommending them to friends.

Recently had a service done on my BMW. I called in to book the service, and they did it for me the next day. I found their service to be excellent, and would highly reccomend them.

My BMW was running rough, so I took it to Acton. They were very thorough and the service was great. It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't crazy expensive either.
