I had taken my car for a repair at KVS recently. They diagnosed the problem correctly and sourced a second hand part that was hard to find in NZ. The whole process took about a week but I am happy that my car is fixed and running perfectly. I can assure that any service/repairs for my car in the future is heading in this direction. I highly recommend these guys.

I was really impressed by the service and professionalism of the business as a whole. I needed a part which wasn't available in NZ and had to wait for 4 days for it to arrive. They gave me a car to drive in the meantime and came to to fix my car on site as I couldn't move it without that certain part. Very helpful, understanding and professional. It's not very often I can praise the service I get from NZ businesses so writing this review with the number of stars I have given it speaks volumes. I have just had my vehicle repaired and I am impressed with the service from the initial phone call to the discussion i had with the mechanic when I picked the vehicle up. I found the people I spoke to respectful and listened to what I had to say and were knowledgeable in the replies they gave me. The business went to great effort to source a 2nd hand part rather than have me pay an exorbitant amount for a brand new part. The main reason I chose this business is the amount of favourable comments they have on Google and I am not disappointed.

Had my WOF done here 3 times now. You can book on their website which is nice. The staff are friendly and the mechanics appear to be honest. Finding a place to park was a bit of a nightmare however even when it wasn't busy. The company car park is filled with cars and I ended up just dumping mine in front of the building which the receptionist kindly said was ok. Pricing for WOF seems ok. Overall a good experience.

The team at KVS are very professional in their delivery of service. I am a service Improvement and Delivery Manager, so I’m pretty particular about service and I was very pleased to see such a high level of service. I’m not a very trusting person of mechanics but these people you can trust they’re very upfront and transparent with what work they’re doing and the costs. Both times they were able to come in well under the expected costs of repair which is quite refreshing. Thanks guys especially Anthony and the lovely lady on the front desk. Kendal’s Vechicle Services are awesome! They are always friendly and ready to help you with any problems you might have. I have been taking my car there for a few years now, and I am beyond happy with the service I receive!

Recommend! We are very happy with our decision to have chosen this place. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything about our major problem, but we were happy with the price for what they did! We are backpackers, and it was no problem for them that we have a bed in our car, and we also could our stuff let stored in the car during service! They recommended us some specialists for our problem, even giving tips for the cheapest option. All in all a great, helpful and very friendly place!

We found this place by coincidence when we had to get a pre purchase inspection. They have VERY fair prices compared to other companies and their employees are the friendliest we've met so far! They told us the vehicle we brought shouldn't be bought and even gave us a rundown of particular pitfalls when buying a car as a tourist. They were very honest and forthcoming with information and documentation and even helped us almost the entire day with getting another one. These guys deserve a medal!

After finding Kendal Vehicle Services in a google search I made contact to get a quote to get something small on my car fixed to pass it’s WOF. The receptionist was so lovely and friendly over the phone and in person(apologies for forgetting your name) but one of their mechanic’s, Ants who inspected the issue ended up fixing it on the spot after taking it in just to check it out. Have been here with three different vehicles over the past few years. Always received brilliant service and they listen to what you tell them. Biggest thing is if anything is needed for your car, it is what it needs (no random upselling or trying to get the maximum value). Pricing is very fair, and again outstanding service. If I hadn't moved to Tauranga I'd still be bringing my vehicle here!

After an initial problem, I must say these guys have gone the extra mile to sort it for me. Not many garages would take your car back after you've given them an ear-bashing and repair it at their own cost. Top staff, very friendly and professional. I have dealt with Ants and the team for close on 7 years through various roles in automotive fleet and insurance. They deliver very honest service and excellent communication throughout repairs, the staff are pleasant to deal with and easy going. Nothing has ever been too much hassle. I would feel confident refering friend and family, in the knowledge that they wont get sold stuff they dont need or ripped off.Exactly what is desirable in a repairer.

Called in and made a booking for a WOF, easy as. It's my 1st time using their service. Usually i look for a clean and tidy working area because that means that they take effort in the detail of things and these guys are excellent. The lounge area had a self-serve coffee machine, some magazines and a small couch. The WOF service was quick as my car didn't have any major issues but there are defintely cheaper workshops for WOF inspections. Finally, overall customer experience was good if not for the slightly dearer WOF inspection.

The guys did a solid job fitting, balancing and doing a wheel alignment on my car through Hyperdrive. The wheel alignment tech also sorted out the camber I needed for my rear wheels. A+

I regularly get both my vehicles serviced at KVS,including a brand new van which they have serviced from day one, the mechanics and office staff are a lot more efficient and friendly than the dealership I bought my van from. Since I have been going to KVS nothing has been a problem to fix from installing a stereo system to a tow bar and just about anything else you can think of to do with vehicles. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try,I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Very impressed with the service from KVS. Could not believe how few man hours were charged for the amount of work done - that shows a capable staff that get it right the first time - nothing worse than paying someone to do a job twice. I will definitely be using them in the future.
