E.Fantastic reception staff, relatively fast WOF despite there being so many people in line! I was very impressed. Got a nice wave from the inspector as I left. I also came back for the recheck and they saw me very quickly. Over all, great experience.
S.Quick easy WOF, explained what needed to be done very clearly. What stood out to me was the fantastic service at reception! The staff were so friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help in any way they could. Will definitely be coming back!

M.I can't recommend this business highly enough! They were so professional. Andrea went out of her way to source parts, looking in new Zealand and Australia. During the entire process she kept me informed on how it was all going, making sure that I was happy with prices and what needed to be done on my car. Fantastic!
M.I absolutely enjoy visited this auto shop for my absolute car needs. Often I will go to this auto shop just to browse due to not needing any absolute goods or services required to economically run my vehicle. What is certain is that I absolutely enjoy good people who absolutely care about certain things.
Y.Andrea and team were very helpful on first day back at Level 3, getting new alternator and powersteering belts done including an oil and filter change done on my work van and fitting me in on the same day.

K.I normally feel quite intimidated when going into a males domain, this wasn't the case here. Service was quick and thorough.
A.The team here are super helpful. They have been taking care of my family's vehicles for several years. They are always happy to listen to any concerns and have always done their best to help work with our busy family schedule for repairs. I don't know much about cars so I also really appreciate that they explain everything that has been done in a way that doesn't make me feel stupid.

S.Most of the time I get seen really quickly. If not, I'm not too worried as they have free coffees from a machine for their clients. The service is always thorough and friendly. They are very helpful when things need replacing and can do the small jobs (like bulb replacements) on the spot.
S.They failed a wof for my Honda fit and the same issue was not a problem with Honda. Looks like they need an update on their VIRM knowledge. That is still ok.
I guess the problem is that they fail to acknowledge the issue or are too adamant on what they know. I feel they should not be rude and should have acceptance of what is right.
M.I was very lucky to be in the city on business yesterday, but got a shock to discover my WOF had expired. I don't know the city anymore, I asked the Company I was visiting if they knew where I could quickly put my vehicle through. They suggested this shop, gave me good directions, and off I went. I went straight there, and after a short wait, my car passed it's WOF, I did expect it to though, it's a late model Honda Civic. What made me feel good, enough so that I'll always go back there, whether it be for another WOF or mechanical work. Very good people operate this business, friendly, respectful and very professional, and whilst waiting I met some very nice friendly customers there. This made my day a good one. Good people in business are like magnets, they attract good business and customers, and this is...a very good business.
1.Fantastic friendly team. They fitted me in with short notice, job was done within the time frame they said. Highly recommend them, they are not the closest Super Shoppe to me but the one I will always go too
C.Very quick & through. They don't do or charge any extra without asking u first. But they will let u no if u have anything that does need doing
T.I was in first thing in the morning after I called, I was called before any additional repairs were done, I was advised timeframes (which were correct) for when everything would be complete, i was advised services that will be required and beneficial maintenance for the vehicle. They even drove my car home for me! Very friendly and bubbly staff too! Highly recommend!
A.Highly recommend! Office staff are lovely and inspectors are very good! Car failed but they had it fixed up and a warrant on in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service, will definitely be coming back!!

B.Awesome prompt service! I had failed on my warrant with a rear wheel bearing and was short on funds... that was no problem as the manager told me about Genoa Pay which is so helpful! The Mechanics all appeared professional and even washed my car for me after all the work was done. Couldn't find a more professional and friendly team! Thanks guys!!

I recently took in my 2010 Mazda 6 wagon.
I had a fear idea I may need new front breaks pads as my local mechanic mentioned they where getting on the low side.
After taking my car for wof here as my mechanic was out of town.
I got hit with front and rear brake pads and after giving them the go ahead I get a call saying my front rotors need replacing to.
$644 later!
Don’t believe my rotors where damaged at all as my car has always been well maintained with regular checks.
In saying that the work was completed fast and efficiently.
S.open to just drive in off rd.tried 4 other places then these guys.straight in 👍😎 fast effcient service. will be returning👍had noisy front tyres (wheel alignment n rotate wheels .sorted next day🙏
