d.I spoke the sales rep, Paul regarding some front strut inserts for my classic Ford Escort. He came up with a real sharp price because it was my own car and had them couriered from another city by the following day. Unfortunately they had a manufacturing fault, the only way out was some higher grade units which were more expensive. They cheerfully provided these at no extra cost. What more could I ask for, very pleased overall. Thank you.
