R.Very good customer service and went beyond repair in my case. Probably because BMWs are the type that are known for being fragile and usually have unexpected complications lol. But they got it sorted and also gave recommendations for other services which will definitely get my vehicle’s WOF squared away. I definitely recommended going here because they are great at what they do, and if they can’t provide anything you require. They most certainly point you in the right direction.
This recommendation coming from someone who drives all the way out from Rolleston. Definitely worth it from my point of view. Thank you to Kempton and his team for the service you guys provided. Great work. I’ll be back soon to get that WOF sticker slapped on the windscreen.

Grateful for how quickly they booked me in. Rung up on Friday afternoon. And was done the next working day by lunch.
I loved that they focused on what needed to get done to make sure that my car was road worthy. Rather than looking for things that could be improved but could be done later.
Ie my tyres are used so tread is slightly worn but I didnt need all tyres replaced urgently.
I did need to get the struts replaced which Automotive Aspects did a good job on.
Also impressed that I could receive an estimate of how much something would likely cost by providing info about my car or a photo (without them having to see it) which was helpful.
I went there after going to Tyres to Go in Blenheim Road for a wof because they couldn't provide me with a fair quote (ie gave an estimate scribbled on a piece of paper. They charged me $2 to pay by cheque. While it's a small amount I've never been charged this fee by any other retailer so seemed pretty while receiving a $500 bill.
And there customer service was lacking/ rude eg calling me to make sure I was on my after speaking with the guy 5 mins prior to let him know I was on my way. I was on time to pick up my car while they were open - 40 mins til close).
Overall really glad that I paid for the warrant to be done twice (2cnd time by Automotive Aspects); because overall I saved $35 overall. It was a nicer experience and I imagine my car was serviced better too.

J.Guys he’s an up skilled Mechanic. I happened to consult him for my Subaru Forester, he analysed the problem intact, and repaired it. And my car is awesome to drive. Also as per the estimated price, which is quite economical he finished the job done.

M.Booked a warrant a couple of days beforehand, took my car in on Thursday afternoon and had it out Friday afternoon. Very reasonable prices, professional and efficient service, friendly staff. Highly recommend if you're unsure of where to take your car.
