l.Great customer service. The staff were very well prepared for me dropping off my vehicle. They were polite and made me feel valued as a customer. The provided me with a new car while my car was being repaired. My car repairs were completed in less than half the time that had been originally suggested and I'm really pleased with the result. The car was cleaned and looked great when I collected it. I would definitely go there again. Thanks.

R.I can't speak more highly of the team at Capital Smart in Christchurch. I tool my black hatchback in as it received some light damage to the rear bumper and back panel. The assessment and greeting team were friendly and professional and it was immediately obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing.
I was told that my car would be ready in approximately four working days and yet they got the job done in two. The repairs were done to such a high standard that they totally exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the customer service or of the repair work.
