Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Are very honest with what does and doesn't need done. Original quote was $1400 but after further inspection the bill came down to $700. Will be back!

Took my Subaru to these guys now that the new car warranty has expired. A breath of fresh air after previous experiences. Friendly helpful team and mechanics who have a lot of knowledge about most makes and models of vehicle but know Subaru exceptionally well. And they did not charge like a wounded bull either. This is where my car is going for its next service, and the next.

I had such a great experience with these guys yesterday! I took my car in to get a service and they were so helpful. They took a look at a quote I had received and reassured me that there were no issues with my car and that the other outlet was over charging me for labour! Really appreciated their advice and reassurance. Thanks so much.

Excellent service, and really happy with the improvement in drivability of my 2006 Subaru Outback. Purchased a used Subaru through private sale, and CroweSport performed a standard service and a full check over, as well as investigate a worn wheel bearing. Mechanic called with a quote for several recommended repairs, and explained which were critical and which were 'nice-to-have'. Had the requested repairs completed within a day, and the car drives great. Will definitely take my car back there.

Crowe sport were great had my fault diagnosed extremely fast. I was issued with a loan car and called within. 30 mins of leaving with what the issue was. They got straight onto my car and followed through with everything they said they would I had my car back a few days later and under the price they quoted fantastic service would highly recommend and would definitely use again thank you for a good experience

We have used Crowe Sports for years because they are a professional, honest company. They strive to find the best prices, and charge fairly. When our car broke down we were offered garages that were nearer to where we live and we chose to use Crowe Sport knowing that they are trustworthy and genuine.

These guys are bloody great, would highly recommend - super knowledgeable and they genuinely want to help. They have very competitive pricing and you can tell they know what they're doing. Josh is brilliant, very responsive via email and phone, friendly as can be and has an outstanding attitude ensures the customer is happy and gives solutions to problems. Have purchased 3 vehicles from CroweSport over the years, just purchased our third and it was not a Subaru this time! We got a Nissan Leaf and it is amazing. Josh and the team are extremely knowledgeable with Electric and Hybrid vehicles. Awesome to see them specializing in this rapidly growing market. Not only can they sell Electric but they have qualified technicians to do servicing and maintenance on them too which is really nice to know as they know the cars inside out rather than just blindly selling them. If you are looking for Electric, Hybrid or Subaru vehicles or servicing definitely visit these guys they are awesome.

Buying a car can be fraught at times, but CroweSport where straight up about everything. Josh and Jim made sure I had all the info I needed and the space to make my decision. A great car that sold itself.

Good service and great cars bought my Legacy GT and I am loving it

The aftersales service by CroweSport when we encountered a couple of problems with the vehicle we purchased has been great, despite the fact that we were remote from the dealership. The cost of the repair by another dealer was reimbursed without hesitation and parts ordered to correct another minor problem on our return to Christchurch. Thanks Josh. No hesitation in recommending CroweSport.

Their service is second to none, as is their knowledge of all things Subaru. Taken multiple cars here and have not once been disappointed! Extremely pleased with the experiences I've had here and will continue to use CroweSport for as long as I have Subarus.

Kia Ora, I brought a subaru brz from these guys and predominantly dealt with Josh. I am quite impressed with the service, communication, professionalism and going the extra mile that josh had consistently demonstrated throughout the whole process. Normally I would not expect much in terms of service from car dealerships as from previous experience they are very pushy with sales and and can be sneaky, however crowesport proved me wrong that not all dealerships are like this. Overall pretty happy with my purchase and will certainly be taking my future business with them. Absolutely stellar service from CroweSport. Serviced my Subaru a couple of days ago and was very impressed with the quality, knowledge, honesty, efficiency. 5 out of 5 from the very first phone call to when the car was ready for pick-up.

I spent a couple of months searching with my criteria (Subaru Outback 3.0, 2006-2008, low to medium mileage, good condition, few/no NZ owners). This proved impossible to find in Auckland, and I quickly realised that the best cars were in the South Island. If you are going to buy a used car unseen for over 10k from the other side of the country, best look very carefully at the seller's reputation... Crowesport would cost a little more, but boy was I not disappointed. They were professional and responsive in both emails and phone calls, unlike other sellers I contacted. And when my car turned up on a truck at my house, it was hard to believe it was 14-years old. An absolute minter. Touch wood that it gives me problem free joy for years to come. My only complaint - the Crowesport decals are a little over the top, but hey - I feel the company pride. Thanks Josh.

Good experience, Very easy to purchase from, the car was ready for delivery within my short time frame and after an inital hick up and a misunderstanding on my own behalf Josh and the team from crowesport provided great after sales service helping me get some things sorted out on my 2008 Impreza WRX STI, nice tidy example and loving the car overall. Overall great service, 5 less one star for the loan car I got, pretty old and dirty.

Was in a bit of a bind and needed a car urgently, flew to Christchurch and headed here first. Sales rep was very knowledgeable, never pushy, gave honest answers and room for me to think. I ended up buying on the spot based on his recommendation, drove it back that night and it has been flawless in the 6 months since then. Very happy, will definitely buy from them again.

Took my Subaru Legacy 2005 in for a service after consistent clunking in the front end and jerky gear changes. Josh identified and resolved the problems quickly while communicating with me the associated costs. He also went above and beyond to inform me about the timeframe I should be looking at to get future maintainence done while fixing a few minor things on my car at no additonal cost! As a new subaru owner I made a afew rookie mistakes when purchasing a subaru privately, I took it in to confirm weather the cambelt had been replaced, an awesome guy there was more than happy to grab afew tools and come out and have a look at it for me and teach me alittle about subarus, put my mind at ease abit highly recommend them

Took my 1998 sti in for an alignment and balance after I put adjustable suspension in and the car handles beautifully now, not could not be happier.

I would highly recommend CroweSport. They are ALWAYS obliging and friendly.........and they just get the job done!
