K.The only place you should take your car if you own a BMW or Mini. They are specialists on these and offer outstanding service and fair, transparent pricing. They've got the latest diagnostic tech and use quality oils and parts. I drive over an hour each way to Eurocare whether it's servicing or a repair. I'd have my 3 series (pictured) towed to them from Auckland if I had to, that's the level of trust I had after the first visit. Thanks again for getting it serviced & fixed up so quickly for me today.

B.If you have a BMW make sure to service it here! these guys are excellent, they are very knowledgeable about BMWs! They gave me good advice on future repairs and servicing. During my service I needed a new accessory belt, they phoned me to let me know it needed replacing before fitting in a new one. Really appreciated the communication. My X5 runs really well after the service!

I always feel uneasy when having my car repair coz of unpredictable cost & uncertainty problems will fixed.
But Steve & his team are my exception, they're friendly, very helpful and their experience & knowledge of BMW are second to none.
B.We were on our way from Auckland to Dunedin when my BMW 120i started misfiring. I called Steve & he said bring it in and we’ll check it out and hopefully get you back on the road today. We did, they fixed and were very honest and reasonable with costs. Giving the car a wash which was filthy was a bonus as well. I fully recommend these guys as great mechanics.

Also, if you have a BMW, I highly recommend you to go to a real BMW specialist like Eurocare. I learned my lesson last year I took my car to a workshop recommended by a friend because his brother works there, not only they "found" a lot of problems what were never found/mentioned by any other mechanics in the last 6 years, but also the bill was quite ridiculous to me.
S.Car had gone into limp mode, I just managed to get to Eurocare. Steve immediately got someone to diagnose the problem, sourced the part (last one in NZ) got it down and fixed the issue first thing. He lent me the work van as there were no cars available. Top notch customer care. Highly recommended.

N.Upfront, family run business with superb bmw knowledge. Prior to finding eurocare my x5 kept having major electrical issues. They spent 15 mins listening to my history of issues and knew the problem. Have not looked beyond them since. Always great service and care, cannot recommend them enough.
