I received the car service is good. But I am really unhappy about the loan car I have received. I don't recommend it if you are using a good car and expecting a loan car from them. If it's only service, my car is in good shape when I receive it. I noticed a small gap in the panel, which may be that they forgot to press the little locks or damaged them while reinserting. I understand it does not need to be with great specs, but it's basic to expect clean. They have vacuumed well, but you can't keep the water bottle/keys or any other things in the car. Those places are horribly dirty, and I'm not sure when they were wiped last time. There is so much hair between the seats and under. I have to wipe a bit before I use it. It would be helpful if they replaced the batteries for the keys as well. Always need to unlock manually. It's a pain if I have to do it 10 times a day in my line of work. I want to give 1 star when I am using that loan car. But with the good work, I want to give a little more stars.

So so happy with the service I received from Gary A Smith, my old Subaru looks brand new and 100 times better than when I bought it lol. Thanks so much to India and the team for looking after me, and for the complimentary box of fudge. If I could give more stars I would :)

I had an exceptional experience with Gary A Smith Ltd. I called Geoff to book a repair for my Maserati. When I arrived, I realized I hadn’t arranged for a loan car. India in the office was incredibly helpful and quickly sorted one out for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. Tim handled the repairs with great professionalism, and the job was completed to a high standard at a very reasonable price. To top it all off, they even added complementary chocolate and fudge after the repairs, which was a very nice touch. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Gary A Smith Ltd for any automotive needs.

Had minor damage to the body of my car and was referred by Prestige Mercedes to them. The repair work was great and the car looked new. In the workshop the seat belt of the rear seat was broken and after pointing out the same was duly replaced. Very happy with the service team.

Amazing customer service, my car needed a new door. Was told it would be ready by Thursday (dropped off Monday) and had to wait till Friday.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Gary A. Smith were absolutely brilliant to work with, best service I’ve had! Was broken into and they fixed the damage quickly. When I picked it up the car was as good as the day I got it. Really made my day, thank you so much! Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

Very pleased with the service I received at Gary A Smith. Someone smashed off one of my wing mirrors, and my insurance company recommended them to me. Accommodating of my schedule, clear communication regarding timing of parts arriving and cost, and very prompt repair. Thank you very much to the team at Gary A Smith. Edit (Feb/March 2022): My Toyota Aqua was stolen. Found with a smashed window and damaged ignition. Took it back to Gary A Smith for repairs. They did an equally good job this time around. I asked my insurance company to go here as I have heard only good things about this company, //// back for a second time, my poor 5 month old car got introduced to some rocks. Wow, the best service ever, from the lovely helpful caring lady on the front desk, to the stunning job done to my car, including my car being groomed inside and out. and the way the lady kept in touch wanting to make sure my experience was good. I'm in a wheelchair you see, it was like I didn't go for my poor new car, but it became a good experience instead. Thankyou, can't remember your name. But thank you.

My experience with them was good. Somebody reversed into my car on passenger side. My car had dents on passenger side door. They replaced my passenger side door. They took 4 days to fix and i got call on 5th working day to pick up my car. I gave them a dirty car (my bad , i didn't had time to clean exterior and interior) and i got washed and vacuumed car back with the fudge box inside. 😋😋😋 Good job, guys 👍

Had a panel repair job done which was covered by insurance. Admittedly it did take quite a long time but all seemed ok. Upon driving my vehicle there was a sound coming from the front wheel so after some months I finally called them and the problem was repaired without issue which I am very pleased with 😊

Great service but my headlight was fitted incorrectly and failed the wof because of this. Not to big a deal as my mechanic sorted it and the team at Gary A Smith were happy to have a look. Just think this sort if thing shouldn't happen in the first place.
