R.After meeting a dish channel that had a nice drop off, my car's skirting got shunted, shearing the mounts. Unsure of the true extent of the damage, I thought it was going to cost a fortune. Booked in for an assessment and a solution was found and I took it home the same day without breaking the bank! Really happy with the result, highly recommend.
a.I honestly cannot say enough good things. Everyone I spoke to was amazingly professional and friendly, they went above an beyond to accommodate me when my plans changed, and provided a tidy little courtesy car. The work itself looks amazing, perfect colour match. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do, it will be a pleasure.

Absolutely amazing service!
L.Excellent repair job on 4 panels + replacement door - can't tell where the join is for a replacement section (and I really searched!) and the panel beating and paint job on the rest is perfect. Panel beating like that should be a form of art.
I won't be going again though I don't think, as they are incredibly busy. I had to wait 7.5 weeks for the repair to be completed (nearly 6 weeks for a part to arrive after being told it would take 3, then waiting for a courtesy car to be available, then a week to repair - they really powered through the repair in that week, as I know they were flat out busy already and I needed the car back for a trip by the exact day I received it, so that was to their credit and I'm grateful for that!!)
Advice would be to ring first and find out wait times, how busy they are etc. No review of/comment on price, as it was an insurance job.

I believe that the insurance company dictates what part they use for an insurance repair so the negative feedback below regarding second hand parts is more than likely out of the repairer's control.

K.I have been dealing with Hesson & Bowry for over 32 years, firstly as an individual and then for the last 25 years with my rental car company, Airport Rentals Ltd. In all that time I have always found them to be professional in every way. They are always conscientious, courteous, very friendly, communicate well and above all else their repair work cannot be questioned. Finally the vehicle is always returned clean and tidy.

M.Insurance claim so was told to go to Hesson & Bowry. Was dubious at start as never dealt with these guys. However cant fault them at all. Workmanship, communication, lead times, presentation all spot on. Would recommend these guys to my friends.
