Excellent communication and a top class job. Took care of all the insurance company side of things and repaired my car to as new standard. Without prompting they offered me a loan car for the duration of the work (3 days originally) then happily extended that when we asked to have another minor dent repaired. Sheryl is a great asset to the company!

Hi.l recently had some work done on my car at J A Ward to repair the damage to my paint work caused by delamination. They gave me a loan car to use while they had my car in their paint shop. Part of the process involved taking out both the front & rear windscreens, sanding back the affected surfaces to the metal then spraying the car in pearl white. The job took about 5 days from beginning to end. The hands on manager Shane l found to be friendly & knowledgeable & l was impressed with the quality of their workmanship when l got my car back. The final cost to me was $2139. I thought that was reasonable & l wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them if the need arises in the future. Thanks Shane & your staff at J A Ward for an awesome job.

So great! Had a missing fuel door that needed replacement and was quoted absolutely extortionate prices elsewhere, until my attention was brought to JA Ward - they fixed it within a few hours, for what I would say was a fairly cheap price and did an excellent quality job! Real easy to deal with and friendly - thoroughly recommend!

Excellent service! I took my truck in to get a dent from 4wd'n popped out as best as they could, I never expected it to come out completely. They got the dent out had it looking about 80% better than when I took it in, which was more than I expected they would get it out. They didn't charge me a dime and it was all done on the same day! Top notch service. Couldn't have been more impressed with a local business looking after me the way they did! Thanks guys!

Thanks to the team at J A Ward. This guys/girls were the only part of my insurance claim that worked in with me, took my courier van there to be repaired after being hit in the back. The team were very paitent with me as i got mucked around with insurance and rental van companies. The team regularly communicated updates with me and the finished job was mint. Amazingly helpful and friendly, also towards travelers and backpackers like myself who just want to get their vehicle roadworthy. When other mechanics didn't fix a door locking problem but still charged me for their time, the people from JA Ward Panel & Paint took their time to go over the issue with me. They were honest and transparent in their communication about what was wrong and how much it would cost, and insisted on me paying only after the problem was actually fixed, which took a week because parts needed to be ordered. These guys are the best in town for your car issues!

I just picked up my car from J A Ward today after getting almost my entire car resprayed. The guys did an incredible job; fixing up many other blemishes in the car and didn’t even charge us for it! Excellent service and very friendly. I had a car accident in Christchurch on a monday afternoon, when I was about to leave the town to get my booked ferry on wednesday around lunchtime. My car was not legally fit for the street, the front was heavily damaged. On Tuesday I called the workshop and they had time for me. They drove for me to the other end of the city to get the spares and made the impossible possible and fixed my car in just one afternoon, so that I didn't had to leave my car and I could catch the ferry. Really great job!!!
