Had a problem with our car and he let us come in right away and let us know it was a problem with the sensor, he gave us a temporary fix and told us how to sort the problem out. He didn't charge us anything. Incredible help would recommend to everyone who values good customer service.

First time coming to main mechanical and I am definitely not going to any other place again. They helped me out alot with my car and made sure I got the best service I could ask for. They should me my car problems to help my better understanding especially as I just brought the new car. Would definitely recommend and they are very welcoming and definitely know their stuff. Took my Mitsibushi Lancer there for a basic service. Took just over an hour. Wonderfully serviced and felt great to drive afterwards. Staff were friendly and sorted everything I need too. Will definitely come back to them.

Great service. Highly Recommended. I have 2 cars at home and I always go there for any repairs or WOF service. Friendly people and lot of space for parking as well.

I took my car for the first time with a voucher I bought at grabone. I knew that my car had some problems and Martin and his partner were really honest and professional explaining everything it has and which could be the best option. comprehensive service was good, and they did everything that was specified in the voucher! I highly recommend them!!

Great honest service!!! Would certainly come back again. They went above and beyond. The mechanic was very honest and trust worthy, I didn't feel ever like I was being taken advantage of for my car naivety.

Fantastic courteous service and superb communication throughout the process. Their pricing is extremely competitive and Martin always ( without exception ) seeks out the most economical route to provide the best outcome . Martin now services all of our cars Range Rover through to Suzuki swift , plus wider family. Highly recommended.

It's pretty hard to find a mechanic that is reliable, provides a professional service, on time, and for a fair price, but Martin and crew are just that. I moved to Christchurch to study for 4 years, and am so grateful for finding these guys. I went here for regular services and repairs, and they looked after me well. Thanks Martin and the team!

Martin, Yolie, and their team are always helpful, fast, professional and completely transparent about what needs to be done and the cost etc. Being a young woman, I have definitely been taken advantage of before by other mechanics but here I have always been treated fairly and know I will get a good deal. Redeemed the grab one voucher for cambelt replacement recently. After reading voucher and contacting workshop I was informed that my car being a European make that there will be an extra charge. I found the service to be quick reliable and efficient. Car was dropped off that morning and picked up that night with no issues. Martin even informed me of a problem that I could solve myself at home with an hours labour which saved me money. Highly recommend this workshop, service is great and price is very reasonable. I have read previous comments and I’m not sure about their experiences with the business but mine was hassle free and will definitely be returning

Best customer service, affordable prices and professional work. Martin explained everything in detail what was wrong with my car even though he was busyh Made me understand what was wrong, other mechanics didn't even take 5 minutes to explain what was going on with my car. Deffenitly recommend his services.

Honest, transparent, sticks to what quotes and gives good advice. Fantastic mechanic. Witnessed one individual in for a service who may have had the wrong end of the stick. If your in for a service and additional repair of an unidentified leak, do not expect it to cost only $20 extra. It may be due to a whole range of issues. Ask to be updated on what is found during service and how much extra would be quoted. Also just because something is spotted wrong during a service doesn't guarantee a failed WOF. However it may be advisable to fix it because could develop worse and may cause further damage to your car. Don't rip mechanics out for telling you what is wrong with your car...

Bought a grabone deal for a cambelt change and had a very positive experience. Job paid for was the job done. No more no less. This cost me half what another mechanic quoted me for the same job. Your car might be different and there are other issues but my own feeling is that if you get a phone call to say that there is extra work that needs doing, it is simply because there is. Mechanics often get a bad rep but based on my own experience I would happily recommend this one.

I booked a comprehensive car service and they checked the car very carefully, and then talked with me about the problems and solutions - very friendly and professionally. The charge was also fair. After car service, I also did a WOF. I definitely will recommend to our friends.
