R.My first visit here. Came for a wof. Easy as butter melting in a hot pan. I was here around 9.30 am on a Saturday and it was empty.. after a while the crowd started to come in. Receptionist was friendly. One of the mechs I spoke with was not too welcoming. Maybe he was busy. So far a good experience.
Note # when u come here on Google direction. It takes you to the front door. But you need to actually come behind. A little further down the signal

My Ford focus Wof failed due to Few tail lights were not working
They gave me quick solution and reasonable price 8$ per bulb including gst and fitting and I paid 40$ + 45$= 95$ for wof on Saturday eve.
I didn't even book myself for WOF.

R.Convenient drive in service and fair prices. They do not take bookings which means if you turn up at the wrong time you may be in for a lengthy wait.

A.Great place, took my motorbike in for a warrant at 9:15am Saturday without booking, it was pretty quiet, but took a little longer than I thought, done by 10:15 though, thanks!

P.Fabulous quick and efficient. $110 for warrant and oil change while you wait. There is also a chipmunks around the cirner from them if you have children.
D.I've been taking the car and motorbike here for about 8 years. I like that they are independent and if the car is not up to scratch, they say why and what needs done. WOF regulations are crazy ... It's always entertaining watching some customers debate why their vehicle should be passed.
P.The business is under new management and a great choice for WOF. The team are polite and professional, turnaround times are quick, no extra costs, and with very competitive prices. We know the new owners personally and would highly recommend their services.

D.After hearing about this review service I had to take a look for myself, I am surprised.
I have been returning to McLean Motors for my Wof checks for all my vehicles since 2010, (seven warrants a year). Altho I don't always agree with the inspectors, they have always been fair and knowledgeable. The receptionist is always cheerful and eager to get the customers through as fast as logically possible. Being a non booking service you have to expect a bit of a wait time if they are busy.
I will continue to return to these great helpful people.
G.Just had my WOF the other day. Great service as always. Very friendly staff. Had a busted brake light, but was quickly replaced.
O.Surprised from so many negative comments here, I've been there couple times for W.O.F and never had a problem, you don't need make an appointment, service was fast and if they failed inspection, always for good reason (safety). Lady at the reception is bit tough, but can't say rude. Maybe more expensive than other places.
P.I have been going to McLean Motors for years and have always had good service. WoF inspections are carried out throughly and fairly. Don't expect an "easy pass", if your vehicle fails inspection it is with good reason. Treat the staff with good manners and respect and you will receive the same.
L.I have been getting my WOF's here for a while now. They provide a good service and I have always found them to be fair. To all the negative reviews remember WOF's are for your safety and the safety of other road users.Keep up the good work.

A.Very helpful and accommodating receptionist, friendly mechanics, reasonable prices. No need for prior appointments. WOF and oil change done in no time!
P.A lot of these lower star reviews are pretty petty, small stuff that most mechanics would do (Like seriously, eating food while inspecting and things like that are very common), these guys are pretty brilliant, helped me fix a license plate to my Moped and were very friendly about it. I couldn't recommend them more, A++.

c.I found these guys when I did a search for a WOF place that was open over the Christmas break. My normal garage had closed and I didn't realise my WOF had run out! Read all the reviews but I would like to say that they were great. My car failed on a tyre and something to do with the steering. The lady rung around to find a tyre place that was open, she tried several places to get my steering repair done, most places had closed for the holidays. While I was waiting she had to tell people that their car failed, she deserves a medal. Guys don't shoot the messenger, she didn't crack your windscreen, peel the rubber of your tyres, make your shocks leak.
I highly recommend this place and I for one will be going back, very helpful and friendly plus they’re cheaper than my normal place, Thanks heaps guys!!

l.I found them really great took my yellow altezza in failed to start with on minor issues took it back after fixing and passed. Nothing new brought up they were very friendly and very fast would definitely recommend them.
