L.I messaged Andy yesterday as was having issue with Check Engine light showing. He arrived this morning and ran a complete diagnostic on the vehicle . He found the issue and sorted it all on the spot. Would definitely recommend this business. Fast, efficient and great communication. Price was much better than I had anticipated

However, I chose Andy at Noble Auto Services for a number of reasons i.e. mobile, auto mechanic, auto electrical mechanic, over 30 years experience (to name a few). I got to see first hand how methodical, detailed, passionate and customer focussed Andy is with what he does and how he does it. He provides a top notch service and will go the extra mile to ensure that you as his customer gets the best results possible. He explained everything to me in simple terms on what he thought the problem was, how he would fix it and what was required. He was both efficient and effective. Andy is a genuine, all around nice guy who cares about his customer's and people in general. He also has a great sense of humour. T.I highly recommend Andy from Noble Auto Services and commend him for the fantastic work he does. As a medical doctor working in Auckland for the last 9 years, it has been a struggle to find time and a skillful and honest mechanic to fix and service my car. I recently had a significant issue with my Nissan Note 2006 engine. Hesitant to drive it to a garage, I decided to Google search for a mobile mechanic. I came across numerous companies however the reviews were a hit and miss. Noble Auto Services caught my attention quickly with the exceptional comments and ratings. I called Andy and he answered straightaway. Despite being a one-person business with numerous booked customers, Andy was still able to fit me in the next day. He diagnosed the issue, gave me the quote and walked me through every step fixing the car and replacing it with a brand new alternator momentarily. There are no call out fees, prices are very reasonable and Andy tells you up front the costs of the parts and labour with or without GST. Andy is very easy to contact, very convenient especially he is mobile and can come home, work or wherever and whenever, has excellent communication skills, honest, humble, has great sense of humor and is abe to empathize with his customers. Andy is a decent and caring human being and we have had some lovely yarns. Andy just serviced my car this morning and he continues to do a fantastic job. I am now using Andy as my mechanic and will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Andy
