H.Excellent service all round! Went to Parks with a duff starter motor - the service from Dave the mechanic was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish. We were meant to be travelling to quite a tight schedule so Dave prioritised our repair and kept us regularly updated with prices and timescale. He even did a quick battery check and topped up our oil free of charge! Couldn't ask for better service.
