The quality of the work done was superb. The work was completed ahead of the original scheduled time. The staff were always totally pleasant to talk with. My vehicle was also thoroughly cleaned, which was beyond what was expected to be done. Thanks to all for their great work!

I got excellent service always, All staff members all very polite, friendly and helpful. They always try to give their best in cheaper cost. I never got such type of service anywhere. Thanks to Perfect auto group.

Excellent work, my mechanic was very impressed and p.a.b were very good at following up on additional issues which were their fault, they were very efficient and the car looks better now than before the accident

We can't commend enough for the fabulous service we received from Perfect Auto. Assessment process was quick and easy. The workmanship on our car repair was excellent. Perfect auto body repaired my car after an accident. It was taken to them within such timely manner after my accident, I was impressed. The car was repaired very quickly which was great. Molly on the front service desk is very friendly and approachable which made the whole ordeal so much easier. Thanks perfect auto body.

Nice people but the price quoted was top dollar. My cousin is a successful panelbeater in the upper North Island and he estimated the job at about 50% of theirs. Hence the 3 stars as an average rating. To be fair they did buff the paint in the damaged area at no charge to see if that would be sufficient. Unfortunately it was not. I was very impressed with them for this and expected to have to pay for this work. Someone else was paying for the repair and wanted to go elsewhere. Had it been an insurance company paying then I would have picked them as they were good to deal with. I also gave them 3 stars as I did not actually use them so couldn't comment on their workmanship. The interaction was worth more stars however.

Definitely a 5* review for Perfect Auto Body! From the get go, their customer service was polite, helpful and caring, which is quite rare these days - you can tell that they are very passionate about what they do! As for my car, I had a slight accident and you would never know looking at it now it has all been repaired. The car looks absolutely incredible and honestly they live up to their name as the service and repairs are absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Perfect AB, you have been exceptional! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family!!

I have been to many Panel Beaters/Painters around Christchurch from small jobs to big jobs on my project cars. All of them I have had issues with either the customer service I recieved or the quality of the job as I always expect perfection (realistic perfection) For the first time ever I have gone to Perfect Autobody as I heard good things and some people reccomended me to them. After going to them I can happily say that the service I got was amazing as I was extremely picky with what I exactly wanted and how I expected the job to turn out. The parts that I got done through them came out as perfect as they realisticly could and I am very happy with them. It its hard to find good work and service in the vehicle shop/repairers world, especially here in NZ. I will be back with more parts and projects in the future were I'm sure they will honour their name just like they did the first time.

Such a a good service. I was seen within 1 hour of my accident and quoted and booked in quickly. I was told my car would take 8 days but it was ready In 4 ready for the weekend.

Totally professional Company to deal with on both occasions over the last 3 months kept us informed at all times the quality of the work was first class both vehicles were handed over completely cleaned inside and out and as I have been all my life in the Collision Repair Industry I am very impressed would highly recomend Perfect Auto Body.

I have had a few vehicles go in here over the years for insurance work. The quality of workmanship has never failed to impress. Vehicles have always been ready on time or earlier in most cases. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service! Everyone here is friendly, knowledgable and professional. Everything is squeaky clean, neat and tidy. They even went out of their way to clean up the interior and exterior on my vehicle which was such a pleasant surprise. The only issue I had was a fault of my own when I missed the left turn right after I exit the roundabout. Its an immediate left turn so make sure you stay on the left lane when leaving the roundabout.

Real pros, fixed my car and no sign of previous damage

Perfect Auto Body: they completed my work on my car through being an AA quality provider and wow they did not disappoint!! My swift is looking like brand new. My car was back into in a car park and the damaged was the whole left side of my car being covered in black paint and dented (my car is pearl white) plus the person had taken the whole wing mirror off which is electric and Perfect Auto Body fixed everything within a week of me dropping it off, especially since Covid19 had been slowing everything down they were amazing. 10/10 recommend.
