C.Absolutely fantastic service. Despite turning up when they seemed to be incredibly busy they were great at directing my and getting onto seeing me quickly. Diagnosed the issues with the trailer and then went the extra mile to help me push it into a car park so I could get home. I love working with genuine people and these guys wanted to help me. Went to pick it up the day after and they helped me again. I will be going back and highly recommend using these guys.

The team take the time to explain what (if any) works are required and why (no surprises). Excellent communication from start to finish including friendly booking reminders.
A.Shane and the team are brilliant. The communication to the customer is second to none.
I got a phone just after closing hours to give me pre warning that my car might take a little longer than expected (it was booked in the next day) due to a couple of his mechanics away with the flu.
The most I love about this place is the personable responsibility that Shane has created in this place. if something isn't quite right once you get the vehicle back, Shane has no problem in putting it back into the workshop and correcting any thing to make sure the customer is happy with the repairs and has done this on his own time.
In today's society with all thats going on ot hard to find a true honest mechanic that will back his own work and not try and rip the customer off.
I couldn't recommend Sonter enough.
N.Fantastic service and they keep you informed about the progress on your vehicle every step of the way. Won't do extra work without calling for acceptance first. When I picked up the car, Shane walked me through the bill and picked up an overcharge which was promptly sorted. Great work guys, I will use your services again!
w.Shane and the team were brilliant. Took my car in for repairs after a failed WOF check. Shane immediately put it on the ramp and explained the repairs required. Quote/cost was reasonable and communication was clear throughout. Great service Sonter, will definitely come back.
I.Sent my son's car their for WOF repairs only. They were so professional and when car went for WOF recheck was advised the repairs were done to a very high standard. Can't recommend the team at Sonter enough.
