Cannot thank Ryan enough - I sent an email out to six different garages in Christchurch and he was one out of two who offered to help me. After being quoted an extortionate amount at a dealership, Ryan not only towed my car back to his garage but he diagnosed it himself, fixed the mess up the rest of them had done and charged me half of what I was originally quoted. I won’t be trusting anyone else with my Celica again after this, and we are looking forward to bringing the 350z here. Really great place, so glad they got in touch. Fair pricing, and he finished it at 8pm on a Friday so I could have it back?!! Who even does that?!! THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU

Cannot rate The AutoShop (Ryan and Vince) enough. Great service with amazing communication, they inform you if they find any issues and when they would need to be fixed by (if it doesn't require urgent attention). They have shown and explain bigger issues to me, which as someone with limited mechanical knowledge was super helpful. Best of all the bill is never exorbitant, even when they have had to do a fair bit of work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I highly recommend these guys as Supra specialists. I feel safe in the knowledge that my car is getting the best treatment and that they know what they are doing with it and understand the quirks of the car. Really happy with their service. I liked the care they took on it.

Had a noise coming from a pulley bearing, repaired it no hassle and didn't charge the earth. If they see something else wrong with the car while they are doing a job they will let you know about it, but they don't just fix it and send you a massive bill like some do. I recommend them 100%.

Easy to see why these guys have such a great reputation, friendly and honest with great customer service and quality of work. Even though my job was a bit bigger than first expected, which obviously meant a higher bill, I was kept informed throughout and the guys even fixed a few niggly issues for free too! 100% recommend them.

Highly recommend them! I had booked an automatic transmission service with them. They are polite, friendly, respectful from the first phone call to picking up my car. The car feels brand new, and amazing to drive! Thank you !

A lot of mechanic shops I go to, quote highly inflated prices because of my age and lack of car knowledge (so ladies also in my position here's a reliable review for you)! I came to Vince with an urgent problem, he took the time to show me under the car what had happened and the implications of this, and was patient with questions as silly as they may have been. I felt the pricing was fair, communication was constant and a quality job was done the next day. Wont be looking for anywhere else to go for car troubles any time soon, thanks Vince!!

I have always gone to a main dealer for my car services but my last experience was both expensive and resulted in a return visit so when I heard about The Autoshop through my employer I thought I would give them a try. And I was not disappointed. Courteous, professional, capability to drop your car off before opening hours and ability to leave your car with them during their opening hours which was fabulous given the lack of parking around the hospital and park on weekdays. Now whilst you don't walk into a brand spanking new showroom with all the bells and whistles, this place is a small outfit, I was very pleased when my bill was less than half what I had been paying the big boys including my wof and they told me what I needed to replace next and when roughly. Needless to say I will be using them again.

Excellent and very HONEST mechanics! Very friendly and found there was nothing really wrong with the car in the first place, saved me from being ripped off by another place. Will be back again for all my car needs.

Great service they did on the trans and when taking for a test drive told me about a couple other issues great place highly recommended

Was told these guys do motorcycle WOFs so took my bike down to get it done. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics, have been back since for any mechanical or WOF for any of my vehicles and highly recommend!

10 Stars for this place! An honest place to bring in your car! and cheap. I took my car for a transmission service the mechanic recognized that my wife works at the hospital and applied a discount. Ill be bringing my car back!!! cheers to the good work!

Would highly recommend this workshop. Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Will be going back there to get my WOF done later this month.

I came into the shop today because of a malfunctioning automatic transmission. The mechanic came out right away to go on a test drive to see what's wrong. After driving for a few minutes he tested some things out and the transmission worked again! And he didn't even charge me, because he "didn't repair anything"!! Thank you for your help!
