Many thanks for your professional and kind service when I was stranded with a brake down recently. A big tick to AA also. I really appreciated Nigel and Tara removing all the stress of getting my truck back home and making a difficult situation easier. Top service.

Wonderful service from this company. We were stranded with a flat battery in my new hybrid car, at the canals and not only did Graeme come out and get us started again, he went over and above. He went back to the office, researched how my hybrid vehicle works and the battery situation, then called me about an hour later, to ensure we were tripping along okay and to give me some tips all of this. Very very impressed, well done Graeme.

1st class service! Ladies at front desk were very nice and very helpful, and Chris fixed our campervan windows in less than an hour...He even put insulation on the temporary repair as we told him our last night with the broken windows had been very cold...what a service! Our holidays can continue thanks to you all!

Gary and Leoni were unbelievably helpful in getting us back on the road as quickly as possible when a belt blew in our camper van rental. They acted as a very patient go-between between us and our rental company as we waited for a part to arrive from Christchurch. Very knowledgeable and friendly service as well. Thank you so much for your help!

These guys were great .my motorhome had mechanical problem And I couldn't drive .and parts would not be available in twizel .so I made a call to get back to chch asap as the red alert storm was hitting Canterbury Luckily I made it back on saturday before all roads closed.

This is were I had to go to renew my registration. No problems. Could have done any of the transactions required to keep legal on the road. Good staff and clean shop front.

So grateful for this place. Was stranded with a no start car and they made time in their incredibly busy schedule to diagnose my issue, get my car started, and get me back on the road. The entire time showing that they were truly invested in me and my vehicle and offering any advice they could. Thank you!!

Had a roof leak in jucy van and these guys were only to kind, quick friendly and true to the kiwi way, recommend to all and the lady's at reception a thumbs up, cheers auto and marine twizel.

We had car troubles at a very bad time for us, but Twizel auto were able to start fixing our car and had it up and running before the end of the day. They really saved the day for us - and the staff were friendly and lovely. Thank you so much!

The actual mechanical service seemed to be fine and reasonably priced. Customer service needs a bit of work. Tara likes to leave paying customers standing there right in front of her, waiting for her to finish long conversations with people who pop in for non work related reasons. Our van had a broken thermostat. We were passing through but unfortunately the car broke on the Friday afternoon so we couldn't get it looked at until the Monday morning. Since we're living out of it whilst travelling, we couldn't do much but wait, which they were aware of. The part was ordered in and the blokes fixed it as soon as they could at a reasonable price. But the receptionists didn't bother calling us to let us know that it had been fixed so we waited around town all day until we decided to call them ourselves, so that was a bit disappointing.

I went to Twizel A&M with my car and a long list of repairs that I needed get a new WOF. The team helped me really, really fast. They've done everything possible to keep the costs for me as low as possible. I felt so well looked after and can recommend this place to anyone. The women in the front are so kindly and competent and the team did a great job. I would like to give even more than five stars.

Amazing experience and very friendly people! I had an big emergency with my car and they were there with me in less than 10 minutes. I was running out of time to catch my flight and they even worked during their lunch time to repair the car! Really, life savers!!

Had trouble with our tyre that was patched a week prior and drove it quite anxiously from Mount Cook to have it looked at. They handled it quickly and professionally, giving us some good, sensible advice that a previous garage did not (but should have). We were very grateful as it enabled us to complete our road trip safely.

Our campervan started slowing down autonomously until the engine turned off and the battery signal lid up. We waited at a spot with a wonderful view after having called the AA. Once Nigel and Tara arrived they quickly figured out that it was not the battery but the water of the engine that was empty. They advised us to check the water level after a couple of kms to see whether it would remain steady. The next day we found the leak and called Nigel again, who towed our camper van to the garage where he could fix the water leak for good and we continued our 2 week journey without further issues. Remarkably customer friendly and helpful!!

Our truck broke down 15 minutes from twizel, they got us back to twizel and fixed our truck in 1 dayy... gave is a courtesy car in the meantime. Very high quality.

Arrived unplanned and after hours in need of some dif oil. Luckily there was some very friendly staff still on site who went out of their way to help me out. They even filled up the dif oil for me. Charged only for the oil and no labour. Very pleased, 5/5, would reccomend to anyone.

We turned up on no notice and had 2 new tyres fitted and balanced in an hour. And cheaper than Tony's Tyre service. Amazing service thanks Nigel.

We are backpackers, and we left our old station wagon there for oil and filter change : they were very helpful, kind and did an excellent work on our car, and proceeded to a global check for a very fair price. Thanks so much!

We were lucky to find A&M open on SAT arvo when everything else in a radius of a 100 km was closed. Tara replaced a tyre for us, did the fitting and gave some valuable advice how to save some money.Appreciate her help & expertise. My only concern is that Google says that A&M is closed on Saturdays which wasn't the case luckily for us.

We had an issue with a caravan tyre. Nigel was very helpful, cost effective with an excellent level of service. I'd highly recommended him to anyone.
