Amazing place to visit for anything to do with car care, a wide range of products from reputable suppliers. The products are a little bit more pricey but are definitely worth it. I found United Car Care while googling for a decent polish for my C5 Corvette, I called in to see the products on offer, Luke was very welcoming and informative on what products would suit my desired outcome. I've become slightly addicted to keeping my car as tidy as possible since seeing one of the cars Luke was working on, the incredible finish he achieved was mind blowing, I highly recommend anyone wanting an amazing finish on their vehicle getting their car polished by Luke. I'm in love with the wax I purchased, I washed, clay bared and polished my vette and then waxed it, all products were from the Christchurch United Car Care store, I haven't needed to polish my car again for months due to the amazing wax coat I just hose down my car and it looks like it's just been freshly polished. Great customer service is hard to find these days, great to see that customers are valued at United Car Care, highly recommended.

What outstanding service from the team at the Auckland shop, I ordered a bottle of microfiber wash, And as I live in lower Hutt this was sent down by courier it arrived the next day . Highly recommend this co. Good products as well.

I’ve followed United Car care on Facebook for some time and was stoked when they opened up in Christchurch. I went to the shop and from Luke coming out to help me get my body kit over the gutter and into the car park to the checkout was a fantastic experience and Luke displayed awesome knowledge about his products, I purchased some Fireball Iron burn this stuff is the goods, I also grabbed some samples of foam wash as I hadn’t run out at that point but from the smell to the shine on the car I highly recommended their products they are bloody awesome! I will definitely be back

Went in a few weeks before Xmas to check out the range of products , Luke was very helpful at finding the right product for what I needed to remove swirls and imperfections in black paint and was clued up on everything available which helped. Plenty of products available on the shelf and was well worth going to have a look. Will be back for sure

Ordered bits online .. website straight-forward, breezy. Quick delivery (arrived next day, Auckland to Hastings) .. Flash but simple website. Same with the stationery and email what-have-you, easy on the eye, excellently balanced [that's the packing slip - art,] that doubled as an order checklist, if you know what I mean .. prob'ly not ;) .. Packing was great, GREAT PRICES, thank you very much! The website didn't indicate an approximate length of the masking tape, which help me judge how many I'll need .. Also I bought a Magic Sponge [for scuffs and blemishes]. No info of size on there, that I saw, so just bought the one and laughed when I saw how small it was. I expected something double the size and double the thickness. A li'l size info on the site would be helpful .. then i can better judge if I need to buy two or three more. :) I barely glimpsed at the website's chatbox/t feature, which shows the name and a cartoon profile pic of the staff member ready to offer any help and guidance. And, then my parcel arrived. I noticed [and subconsciouslly LOVED!] cartoon profile pics of some of the team on the stationery and I wept inside haha art! These guys are level-up.

I ordered some fine grit sandpaper from United Car Care NZ. Price of the sandpaper I felt was fair and justified, but $12 for shipping for a few sheets of sandpaper I felt was a bit hefty. But other than that, no complaints about the service. Fast, efficient, arrived, product as described.

The guys at OCD/United Car Care are absolutely amazing guys. They sell great products accompanied by sound advice that's backed by a wealth of experience. The service from United Car Care is 2nd to none. I recently bought some of the wrong sandpaper from the site because the info was a little misleading. Not only did they offer me a full refund and changed the wording on the site, but then, without being asked, went off to find alternative products for me because they couldn't supply what I needed. I've had a lovely email conversation with Sam, and some incredibly professional care. And all of this for a product that cost just a few dollars. These guys are real pros. Would highly recommend.

Supplier of some of the most popular brands such as Chemical Guys that are readily available in the US, but not in New Zealand; UCC is the way to go! With an online storefront and two stores, picking up some ONR at a reasonable price I was able to pick it up the following day during the lockdown. They even included some complementary sweets and a nice air freshener showing their appreciation. I would absolutely recommend UCC to others.

I never thought to try specialised detailing supply retailers until recently. I've just been sticking with the standard Turtle,Meguiars,Mothers products sold in the typical automotive stores. UCC stock some fantastic brands and products that are typically used by specialist detailers and they're fantastic! Good pricing, and fast shipping.

I live in an apartment in central Auckland. So water hose and space are very limited. So I decided to try out the Rinseless Wash n Wax. Together with the Rinse and Wash bucket and guard set, I could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend for those with water restriction or tight space!!!

I've been buying Mothers products from Repco for bloody years and years, but recently decided that I could step up my detailing game after buying a near new car. So a small purchase online and then later a visit to the United Car Care showroom, you should see the water just bead right off the paint. I'm most happy with the products and the advice I got to get my car looking its very best. And then occasionally, while sitting waiting at traffic lights, I reach into the glove box, pull out the boars hair brush and carefully dust the dashboard crannies and nooks. Good blokes in the store, so 5 internet stars from me.

Went to a Jag Car club evening at OCD and bought the Fireball Hydro Ultimate Shampoo. It really did work as advertised and left the car with a great shine and feel. Used the Snow Foam I also bought that night and that worked a treat too. ODC are obviously a very professional outfit and will be using them when a detail becomes necessary.
