F.Awesome People from the Front desk and Officer, Johanne C Was my testing officer for the full licence test at Northwood. I was nervous, but her calm, professional approach brought back my confidence and I was able to concentrate fully on my driving without feeling stressed. As a result the test was actually an enjoyable experience.
M.The staff are super friendly, Welcoming, and helpful. All information about what services they offer are visable on the wall and staff are happy to help answer any questions.
The store is easily accessed with plenty of car parks available outside.
Wof station car parks are clearly marked on the concrete to show where you should park your car.
There is a waiting area for customers to sit and wait. Including a water machine for anyone to use. ,

C.Best experience from a VTNZ. I did my restricted here and it was by far the best experience I have had. If you’re going for your practical tests I would highly recommend coming here as I passed first time at this branch. The reception was extremely nice and welcomed us all in, my instructor Shane was very nice and super friendly throughout the entire test. He gave plenty of notice about directions, and did not make me feel nervous at all, he made the trip feel much more comfortable. My experience at Lichfield VTNZ was very different to this, I will for sure be coming back to Northwood for my next test.
a.They were very busy but continued their exceptional service & multi-tasking, when I went to renew my driver licence.
L.I passed a practical test today and the testing officer Johanne C was amazing. She gave clear instructions and was very calm which made me felt very comfortable and confident while driving. Really appreciate testing officer like Johanne since she was not just being professional but very kind and empathetic too.
Also I wanted to say thanks to the receptionist lady, such a friendly person who made people like us coming for a test feeling a lot less nervous!
All in all, VTNZ Northwood has great services! Highly recommend to take a practical driving licence test here.
