Excellent help . Fitted me in to get my wof. Outlined a 2 step process so I knew that if first way didn't work there was extra work advised all the way through. Friendly and helpful.fulky recommend Warwick and Daniel

Thank you so much for helping us out. We got flat tyre that morning, and couldnt get quick response after contacting rental company since Saturday. We googled Midas and Warwick really helped us. He is so kind to recommwnd us to visit around, and also tell us what we be careful pn our cases. Nice people.

Staff were real friendly and so eager to help. Explained what was wrong with my car as best as they could and always explored the different affordable options. Not the absolute cheapest place but not expensive, and the friendliness and hard work of the staff make it worth the little bit extra.

Warwick and the Midas Dunedin team helped me out in a pinch when my radiator started leaking while on holiday in Dunedin. They were able to diagnose the issue all the while keeping me informed and finished the job plus a service in a very timely manner to get my family back on the road a few days later. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy and exceeded my expectations with their level of care and service.

I called in last minute and they fit me in for a tire patch. All the guys were super nice, didn’t try to sell me any extra BS, and just fixed my tire for free and fast. I was out of there in a half hour.

I fixed my car here and the price was totaly reasonable. They provide punctual service and even when my car still had tiny problem related to previous service in the next day, they just fixed that straight away without charging me. Very responsible team!

Warwick was a pleasure to deal with! The Midas team worked around me not being in Dunedin and the time constraints of having to come down from Blenheim to collect a newly purchased car. Very upfront with pricing and issues and went the extra mile during the COVID-19 level 2 regulations etc to make sure I was safe to drive 800+ kms home! Thanks Midas Dunedin team :)

Great and friendly service. Even on a busy Saturday the owner found time to help everyone. I had couple of big problems with my vehicle and the staff kept me posted of every step of repair and explained everything (so even people who don't know a lot about cars get the situation, really appreciate it). Really friendly, helpful and efficient service. Easy communication in person as well as phone, email and text. Speedy fix and clear details of what needed to be done with options given beforehand. Reasonable price considering work that was needed. Warrick is clearly a hard working person who takes pride in what he does. 100% recommend him.

Nice and friendly mechanic workshop. We were driving through Dunedin and got an issue with our car. Went to Midas without a booking and they could fit us in their timetable. Fixed the problem and explained us everything very well. Can recommend it!

I really enjoyed the open feedback and the range of options that were given that helped the customer to feel really supported in what was getting done with their vehicle. The detailed explanation that was given and the offer to meet the cusromer where they were at was really showing dedication and hardwork to the business and to getting the cars fixed for customers. Would happily come again if I get the chance to in the future!

Fantastic service. Fast, efficient and friendly. Even dropped it off at VTNZ to get the WOF free of charge. Cleary explained all pricing and where it was coming from. Really went the extra mile, both stayed late and called me to keep me up to date. Ended up needing about 5 things done and had it ready in 2 days. Would highly recommend

This is a very good car repair shop. We are going on a tour around the South Island. As a result, we encountered a puncture in the early morning on Saturday. We contacted the road rescue, but they did not help us. They only provided two repair shops, but they not open, and finally, we found Midas ourselves. Midas helped us buy tires, changed tires, and repaired our car. He also told us about the issues that insurance needs to pay attention to and how to deal with car rental companies. It was Midas who saved our journey, thank you very much!

Very friendly and professional peoples there! I didn't get an appointement because I was travelling and i needed a new WOF so they arranged me and i got a new WOF the same day! They explain you if they got a problem with your car and they do the minimum for your WOF (don't try to do some things that you don't need for the WOF) Thanks again :) Pierrick, from France!

We had an emergency. Late Saturday afternoon. Unbelievably the shop manager stayed late, very late and got us moving. An outstanding service. Best customer service I have ever had. Thank you to the staff.
