N.Dropped car of 9am sat, phone call 9.30 to explain issue and price to fix along with pickup time 10am. Friendly, efficient and a good price. That's why I refer everyone that asks me about getting brakes fixed to Sims. Good to see that they haven't dropped their high standards.
