J.Very Helpful at the time but difficult to get hold of by phone after I left. Diagnosis of car issues may not have been correct. Tried to speak to them 3 times after visiting but no response to messages and nobody ever answers the phone! Lovely people though if you go into garage.
K.The team were extremely helpful and professional despite being obviously very busy leading up to Xmas. I had a major transmission problem which they quickly diagnosed and then came up with a transport solution home. I've dealt with many snooty euro car repair shops before who are less than they think they are. Gisborne Prestige European were fantastic and I'd recommend 100%.

I.My VW has been serviced at Prestige European for the last four year. The quality and value of the service is far beyond that of the official dealership in Napier. So much so that I will not use the official dealership anymore. Furthermore Richard is way more professional in his dealing with customers than the people at the dealership in Napier. I believe that is a reasonable baseline.
Thus I highly recommend using Prestige European for servicing vehicles.
