K. M.Staff are always friendly and offer great customer service. I had to buy a new car battery and asked about their replacement service, where they fit the battery for the customer. I assume they were apprehensive due to a store policy, as they indicated there weren't enough staff present to provide the service while moving the store, but they agreed to anyway, which made me feel like they go the extra mile. It was well worth the small fee to rid myself of the hassle.
I'm not so sure I would consider them 'supercheap' though, as their pricing seems similar to others.
