2 hour wait in the hot sun was unpleasant but staff were lovely and my car passed!!!! I think the wait is due to the other place is closed. Maybe an appointment time should be employed or more shade while you wait? I still praise how pleasant all the staff were.

This was my second time in here in all my five years of living in Gisborne. This time is was for me. I needed a new license as mine was misplaced. I did 't ring before stopping in. This place was very informative and I was able to fill out the correct forms and bring them in . I had no worries reciecing my new lisenxe in the mail
