M. O.The sliding door of our Toyota Estima was stuck and the Toyota Service told us to go here.
They immediately started with our car although they were very busy. After half an hour they opened the door. The locking mechanism was broken and they had no spare part left. So they showed us how we can open the door from the inside and where we can find a new mechanism.
The best thing, they didn't charged us anything (1 hour of work) because they were not able to repair it (we had no time to order a new part)! Highly recommend the guys!
