M.Professional friendly staff who always take the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I feel I can trust them with the work I give them.
L.A top quality job. It was done in very good time..Went for a WOF and Siver service. They replaced any parts necessary at the time rather than having to go back again. Can't fault the AA.. Lou Smith. Lovely guy at reception.. One thing which would be awesome, is if AA's had a courtesy car fir out of town customers.
K.They are very helpful and they make sure to call back and double check with me if it is OK to go head with the fixing required. When I went to pay Andy was very kind to explain it to me what was wrong g with my old car. They arrange the bookings and call you once all the jobs. Is done and tell you how long it will take
P.Excellent value for money and reassuring to know my car was being serviced by the AA - a reputable organization that has integrity when it comes to motor vehicles.
M.Great place to bring your car. They don't try to upsell something that's unnecessary at least in comparison to the other garages I've been to. Andy gave great advise and Rachel was helpful in relaying information. Alex gave good explanation of what was done. Everything was done in timely manner.

L.The guy who worked on my car is awesome. He gives me great advice & is a really nice guy. Trust is a really big deal for me & I trust this guy. They have great customer service & they'll advise you if something needs doing but they don't pressure you at all. The only thing was they forgot to ask me for my AA card to swipe & get my points but, luckily, I remembered before I drove away & went back in. I'm very happy with them & definitely recommend this branch. They do great work. 😊👍

Looking for economies I returned to AA Auto, delighted to find the same friendly team and well pleased with the service and price. They seemed to have all the specialist equipment needed.
