S.I called & talked to Sarah who was very helpful as I hadn't made an appointment & she managed to squeeze my vehicle in for a wof & a couple of minor issues that needed sorting. Later in the afternoon I received a call from Sarah telling me my car was all ready to go. When I picked up my car all the work done was clearly detailed & itemised so I left with no worries & happy with their workmanship & service. I would definitely recommend Arnel Service Centre.

J.Excellent service, a really well run business. The real point of difference is when Tony and the team send you images of the problem is thats going on with your car/truck/electric vehicle. From there you get a range of options to select from. The first place I have ever taken my vehicles and had this sort of service. You really feel well looked after. They also are happy to drop you to work and drop your car back to you.

G.Arriving unknown and unannounced at Arnel Service, I was very impressed with immediate attention of Tony Arnel himself. An immediate preliminary diagnosis; and the fact that I was able to have my van accepted for service there and then without any prior appointment for service - was excellent. That the following day - the cause having been found - a call to myself re costs having been cleared with me - I was able to collect the van with full engine repair - that afternoon - was an absolute godsend! Congrats Arnel!

S.For the past 18 months I have had all my vehicles serviced with Arnels. The service has been professional friendly and I love that I do not have to wait for days to book in and when they inform me of how long the service will take my cars have always been ready at the time they state. Several months ago I had to undertake a very big repair to my commercial van and Arnels kept in touch with me through every step of the major repair, they also helped me keep costs down and provided professional advice for the parts required... I love that I did not have to sacrifice quality parts to save on costs ! these guys know how to source great deals! I highly recommend Arnel service centre they have a central location that is easily accessible with parking.
G.I had taken my vehicle to another garage in town for clutch repair. They indicated that I needed a new clutch plate. Took it to the people at Arnel and they did a couple of adjustments and the van is running great saved big dollars. x.I have had nothing but positive experiences with both of my vehicles being serviced. Their communication is direct and nothing is followed through until you have replied. I appreciate their help with my previous lemon of a car and now to my new one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their vehicle (and yourself with your maybe lack of whoozie wotists mechanical knowledge lol) to be looked after.

A.We have used Arnel services for many many years , way back when it was owned by Tony's father George. Both Tony and George are intelligent knowledgeable professionals when it comes to cars. Tony not only has a thorough systematic approach to diagnosing problems, he also has the ability to explain it simply to mechanically "challenged" people like myself.
Even when I have turned up with a simple obvious problem they politely help me, without ever making me feel stupid.
Tony is a really nice polite honest man of integrity to deal with, whom I trust implicitly to do a proper job and give me good advice.
They make it convenient and easy to drop in your car, and Sam always gives me a lift home and picks me up from my home when the car is ready to be collected.
Recently I was very grateful when they squeezed me in at short notice because I had suddenly realized my W.O.F was overdue.
If you are sick of dealing with boorish cowboys I highly recommend them if you want a nice knowledgeable person of integrity to do a thorough quality job on your car.
