M.I go here for regular servicing and quite pleased with the service. Only thing that I would like to see improved is - when booking is made, that service is provided within reasonable time of the booking instead of over-booking or being delayed for few hours.
M.I have only used Advantage Auto Centre (Hamilton) since I arrived in NZ in 2007. Haydn and his team are extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. Their workshop is always in great condition, and you often get to see many 'exotic' cars there due to their good reputation. I have only ever used Advantage Auto for any WOFs or repair work needed for my cars (and I have four cars!). I recommend them to everyone; they can do perfect quality WOF and repairs on cars from my $500 car rescued from a scrapyard, to my extremely rare (original factory condition) sports car, to my Toyota Prius (2009 model). They are the most professional car workshop company I have ever met, both during my life in the UK (30 years) and the last 7 years in NZ.
If you want a company who both know their stuff (for European as well as Japanese and other cars), and also have the best customer service I have ever seen, look no further!)).
