d.The team at ingham were amazing to deal with , as soon as you step into the office the polite customer service desk admin greets you with a lovely smile and chat , to the team out the back working on our bmw thank you all for your time and care while working on our car , they replaced our rocket cover gasket , tire repair and basic service and wof the timing of repair was abit off but that was due to the attention to detail it took to give such great service so we didnt mind that at all .
We were given a car to use and it was top class all the way. Our car was valet as well really nice job and a discount was given , the price of both service and machanical work including parts sourced by a team member was very resonable prices and we would highly recommend them to family and friends . Thanks to sean for recommending us to this business.
A.10/10 First time using Ingham Automotive services and most definitely will not be our last. Excellent customer service from the front desk and even more outstanding service from the techs. Took our vehicle in for a car service & wheel alignment, issues presented itself due to short staff but the team took care of us and apologised for the time delay and issued us with courtesy vehicle. Thank you for the complimentary car wash and the attention to us as customers and work towards vehicle left satisfied and happy.
A.Took my van in for a wheel bearing replacement, in the process had one or two other things repaired as well. The team did a great job, the van is now running without a hitch. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, even allowing me to park my second vehicle onsite for a few days free of charge. Had the opportunity to wander through two of the workshops, and I was thoroughly impressed with how tidy they were. Definitely recommended.
R.Nathan and Team did an amazing job with my car that was broken into. While I was shattered about the theft, the service support from them assured me that I could have my car fixed the same day, even offered me a lift to work. Thanks Catherine for answering all my queries.
