I had an out-of-warranty coffee machine that was leaking internally. Isolated the leaking component, and called the manufacturer. They advised me to contact their service agent, Kings Radio, which i did. Dave provided me with the component i needed at a fantastic price, and it fixed the issue upon installation. Friendly, fast, efficient service here; highly reommended.

I took my DVS fan into get repaired after DVS said they couldn't do it because they had no spare parts but were happy to sell me a $2,000 upgrade. Kings Radio Service fixed my fan for $261. Happy i took it there first, these guy's were great. Mike

Came in under desperation with my coffee machine after being frustrated with Harvey Norman, whom I purchased the machine from, who refused to accept the machine wasn't working even though it was under warranty. BJ from Kings Radio was an absolute gem, she listened to my issue with the machine and agreed with me what the issue could be, she also showed me how to replace the problematic seal-such fantastic service and a very quick fix after a month of no resolution and suck it up attitude from Harvey Norman. I would highly recommend dealing direct with Kings Radio, BJ thank you for listening and attending to my coffee machine so efficiently. I am now enjoying good coffee from my machine !!
