What the hell?? I had my car’s cambelt done, dsg serviced and a wheel alignment done and not only did SD get it done same day - faster than quoted. They did it for less than their quoted price! Considering their quoted price was the best I found, I’m stoked. Can’t recommend them enough. Will be my one stop shop from now on. Congrats SD European :).

Absolutely amazing, I took my VW to one place and they didn't know what was wrong with it after having it for a whole day so I went to SD European and they found out what was wrong withing an hour.

my partner took my bmw 2009 525i highline in to get the rear window fixed as there was a malfunction in the security sensor showing anti trap power window sign on the screen and it will not wined up, The team did a great job and fixed everything so greatful for your guys help ,Thank you guys so much, we will be coming back If we have more issues on our vehicles.

Excellent fast efficient service, and the engine came back clean even though i asked them not to bother cleaning it, thank you. The only question i have is, after receiving the car back i notice i have a lot more fault codes on my scanner that were not there previously, a bit of a worry.

I was really impressed by the service i recieved here at SDEuro. Whenever i look to service my car, i am always delt with in a rude way and looked at as if i am too young to afford to pay the costs. Here at SD European, i was treated like any other customer. Fast and reliable as well. They went ahead and fixed everything that needed to be done, as well as things i didn't even notice needed replacing. Pricing, service, and customer service was great. Will definitely be making this my regular mechanic.

Very experienced with BMW 1 series. I like they offer a technician to sit in car with me so I can show him (Adam) the problem (subtle car vibration at high speed). Following the diagnosis, they happened to offer me a good second hand part, saving me quite a lot of money. Now my car is running smooth again!

These guys are awesome!! They know all about Euros but don’t charge the earth... I recently put the wrong fuel in my car at 4.45pm after ringing a few garages that were really close by none of whom could help me...I tried SD. They not only waited until 6 for the tow truck to deliver me and my car, they had her good to go by 8am and were really nice about it. Legends!!

SD European has made a significant move to Norris Street. Much more appealing environment with the same excellent service. Communication is very good and I appreciated being informed that the service I requested exceeded the vehicles needs reducing cost. Can't recommend highly enough.

What can I say? My beloved 525i Touring needed a few things fixed in order to get it running smooth and hassle free - much like Garett's hairstyle - and so off to SD European it went. Like a lot of things in life, the 'big' things that needed repairing were actually a combination of a myriad of smaller things, and when repaired, all would be well with my car and the universe (I say universe because let's face it, when your cars not going, it feels like the end is nigh). The team at SD European expertly diagnosed the issues with the car, and a few related issues, and were able to quote me a price and estimated time-frame of when the repairs were to be completed. Like Mainland Cheese, good things take time, and the work on the car took a little longer than anticipated, but the time was crucial if the car was to be returned to its former performance glory - pity the same couldn't be said for this cars owner, time is a hard mistress! Now, as most people would agree, the key to a great relationship is clear communication, and Garett and his team were no exception. I was updated on every step of the process, and as our working relationship blossomed, I was able to find out more about my car, and about the team at SD European. In short, we shared a lot during the process of my car being repaired. We laughed with reckless abandon about yet another loom of wiring needing replacing (I secretly cried), we shared stories about what we thought had caused my key to malfunction (the previous owner tried to fob me off with a tale of supposed flat battery), oh how we enjoyed our conversations over the phone, time and time again. But this is my point: the communication was regular and the conversations were transparent - no hidden costs or agendas here! The repairs to the car were eventually completed - and within the quoted price too!! I now enjoy long drives in my car, reminiscing about the time it was at SD European and looking forward to when its next service is due....ah Garett, can I book it in again? The cigarette lighters not working 😊

Absolute legends! My car broke down not two hours before with a absolute mystery of a electrical fault, these lads stayed the extra mile to help an of towner get back to his girl late at night in Taranaki. These guys really knew their stuff and pulled through a miracle quick solution to get my home. They even declined a box of booze afterwards(You guys are too good). Highly recommended if you're in a tight spot.

Bought a BMW from a used car dealers, took it in for a service 3 to see if there were any flaws that i should know about. There were many that I would have never known about without taking it to SD euro, my mechanical insurance is still valid so heres hoping the dealers sort out the problems for me LOL They also washed/vacuumed my car AND I told them I knew nothing of cars, so ranked the necessity of each problem so I know what to sort first :) Will for sure take my car and any future euro car I get to these guys

I would highly recommend SD European. Steve and his sons always make me feel welcome. I have been going to them for 10years and happily followed them to their new premises in TeRapa. In the waiting room there is a proper coffee machine, tv and couch. When I took my car in for a WOF and service recently, they even cleaned it!! They’ve alway had a courtesy car if needed or happily dropped me off to a required destination.

I sold my 330d Bmw and it broke down just past Hamilton. The new owner then got it towed to some rip off artist. I had Justin and the team up lift the vehicle and replace the water pump while the new owner waited. The new owner made it down to Christchurch without any problems.
