Im always hesitant about asking for help at these kinds of stores but I decided to ask for help this. I received amazing and attentive customer service, he provided me with all the options available in store and online. A massive shoutout to Rav for helping me out when I was completely clueless. This will be the store I frequent in Hamilton, thank you

Ashley called me to discuss an order that was made and meant to arrive to my address but, is only in their store instead, she has taken my address and will send it through to me. She was pleasant to talk to over the phone and friendly, great service.

Good fast service, good location but limited parking when the gym users next door take up all parking spaces where their gym sessions are on. But have been a repeat customer for this store. This store has more items in stock than Te Rapa Store. This Mill St Store is highly recomended for a visit.

Staff were so very helpful getting a tool box set into my car. Went over and above expecations!!

This great shop to come buy tools battery paints car audio etc good clean out lay of goods and products the service is great from the staff.

I always go there if I need something for my car because they don’t push you to buy anything and give you a proper product and if they don’t have the right product they tell you a right place to get it

The staff here are friendly and very helpful, one of the parts guys fitted a new headlight for me, it was not easy but he got it done.

Great experience here today. I came in to get a headlight and have it fitted. Every team member I spoke to was really friendly and happy to help. It's worth having a club card too! The headlight fitting was done really quickly and the price is great.

Not enough parking and is at busy intersection so can be a problem getting in and out of parking

Went in to get parking light bulb in order to get WOF passed. Young guy in there very helpful once finished with other customers. Picked out correct bulb straight away after telling him vehicle make/model, and fitted for me as I could not get my hand in the tiny gap to do myself. Previous car owned was much easier to replace bulbs on. Only $10 to fit, plus bulb price $5.99 twin pack. He advised it was better to get the twin pack as only a little dearer than single pack and I agreed, as I guarantee that other parking light bulb will blow soon. They usually do. Well worth the $10 to fit. Will definitely go there again next time a bulb blows on this car.

Always a good experience to walk into the store. Great customer service and some really good deals on weekly mailers.

Excellent customer service and interaction. They have click n collect options, a small fee if required items delivered.

If you are unsure of what you need double check it. Purchased some wiper blade replacements on their recommendation both front were wrong type. Easy to return and get correct ones but required a return visit to the store.

Had everything I needed and had great service. I had a problem with one of the items I purchased, they were quick to refund the purchased amount. Highly recommend.

Staff was helpful and fast. Few styles and colours of things such as chair covers, car mats, tyre valve caps to choose from. Few parking, can get busy sometimes as dominos is next door. Both exits are abit complicated as you can only go one way and unable to cross to otherside of road but if you know your way around then youl figure out how to go the opposite direction.

Supercheap is my favorite place to get hide away, get the essentials and write my goals and of course the dreams lists! Staff are knowledgeable and always helpful this is a place for anyone who needs to get the car basics or those extra special bits.

Great service, guy puts your light bulbs in for $10. Def a professionals job. Something i couldn't do on my holden myself.

Good help from staff here. I needed to make a cable lead for my back light where the fuse had melted into the bulb socket. They knew what I was talking about and showed me exactly what I needed to do the job.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but the staff were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. I felt that they listened to me and showed me the closest thing to what I was after. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Always a pleasure visiting this store, staff are well allocated around the shop to cater or try too to every customer. I definately enjoyed with ease using the wiper ipad assistance was so simple. Will be back am definately a happy customer cheers

Good place to go if you want anything for your car on the cheap side. They also have really good quality car cleaning products like mcguiers and everything you need to keep your nice car looking nice. They will also install wiper blades and head light bulbs if you ask as long as they are not too busy. They have a good selection of car audio as well as lighting to rice up your car to no end.

Large range of car goods at very reasonable prices. Sign up to their 'club' too for even better pricing. You can then log what type of car/s you have and look for the right option/s for your vehicle. Saves time and stress.

Very helpful staff. Bought oil and filters at a good sale discount price. Staff were technically good, gave good advice re head gasket fix options (FiberLock best)

Decent shop. Has a good range and some pretty good specials from time to time. Friendly staff. I find Repco is often cheaper, so it's worth checking there first if buying something expensive. Be especially careful in the car park, particularly when busy. It's quite small, can be hard to see past other vehicles when backing out, and people have a tendency to go way too fast.

Purchased simple items. 10w 30 oil and blue LED wedges. They work perfectly. Also wipers. The service was ok. Not the best but wasnt enough to discourage me from shopping again. Great work SCA

Great selection of tools and car parts at very good prices.Most staff are very helpful and seem to know their cars. however I purchased an indicator light bulb I needed one but had to purchase 2 and don't see this as environment friendly .However I left my case in the shop when I returned this had been secured and presented to me as soon as I entered which was very nice
