I took my motorhome in today (Thurs, around 11am) expecting to have to wait a long while. Before I'd finished my payment the van was being processed. A short wait with the friendly receptionist and then I was driving off. Great job, thanks team.

I Noticed the bad customer service and the 'run around' this business is giving my dad, with the pass-the-buck answers and not taking responsibility of 'looking after their customers!, really! my dad current has his camper bus with them just to do a simple COF he spends his hard earned money on keeping their business running, , since delivering the bus to them yesterday it still had to stay in overnight just to complete the job, IL be updating this post and keep close tabs on this service to see how they follow through with my dad, stay tuned... In response to your last comment, and an update of todays out-come Your so-called 'solution' was to advise my dad to visit LTNZ which meant for him to pay a further $150 inspection costs on top of paying for your service, whereas you 'the manager' could have advised him on the spot of an 'easy solution' which was to remove the metal carrier from behind his bus, thus solving the compliancy problem, which was luckily for Graham who got this free information from the Te Rapa LTNZ manager, my question would then be, why couldn't you advise Graham of this which would have saved him the hassle of "running around" finding a solution. are you not the manager of this establishment, whom i expect should have the knowledge and qualification to give this simple advice/information to their customer, all in all, based on my finding I have increased my star rating to reflect the outcome of my dads service received from you which could have been better, thankyou for finally giving my dad his COF, but I had to ask my father, 'would he now go back to 'VINZ' for future service' his honest response "no", here's some advice for you, learn from your mistakes and improve. and in this case it was clear you failed to provide good customer service from a clients first visit which could have provided you with good reviews and more business in future, would I use your service, most likely not as for me, "FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAST!"

I recently had a COF inspection done and suffered some issues including poor comunication and had cause to complain to the manager. He was courteous and arranged for a new inspection at my convenience which was carried out promptly, accurately and politely. We can all have bad days but it is the putting it right that matters.

Great service, nice staff

This place is amazing! Nothing is too much trouble! Had so many blonde moments but we all laughed together! Great service, very polite and no hour wait!

My go-to testing station for warrants and CoFs. Modern building, friendly staff, professional inspectors, short wait times. Always accommodating. Clean tidy waiting area. Recommend to all!

Have to have a reason to shop here

Friendly helpful staff

Took my car in for a WoF, while it did fail, the staff was amazing and very helpful and were able to give me pointers to get it warrantable and back on the road. Highly recommend

Reception staff are helpful but overloaded. Do not bother going on Saturday if you need a COF. The trucking companies clog it up by 7.15. Tried twice now.
