Wow what a day! I booked in late yesterday and could get a booking this morning 7.45 By 9am I received a call letting me know they see problems and what they are. They allowed a second opinion- which matched up. I appreciate they took the time to call me, tell me what to expect and asked me if they should go ahead. This means I don't get a shock when I pick it up. I also know now that the mechanic I went to 2 weeks ago.. had done things he shouldn't have. Kings auto is honest, open and professional. I appreciate their help. I don't write reviews often, but how could I not after the quality service I have received. I'm a young bean and know nothing about cars, which I don't openly admit. They gave me time so I understood. I pick up my car after work so will update this review with what was done so you can judge if the price is reasonable. I dread mechanics, but I think I've finally found a team to be loyal to. Thank You (:

Fantastic team here. Dave was awesome. Talked me through everything and explained how things worked. I felt involved. Had my car diagnosed and sorted redicously fast. Pretty sure Dave even saved me money. Thank you awesome team at Kings Auto. I 100% recommend you 1000% to everyone..

I would give this mechanics 100 stars if I could. Took in car at the point where it was no longer running properly at all. Other mechanics could not diagnose problem and suggested spending $2500 on new transmission. To my absolute joy, the team here was able to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road in 1 day, at a fraction of the cost. Friendly team, decent price and seem to be very knowledgeable. I wish I had found them sooner. Would definately recommend to everyone I know!

The service and help obtaining my parts and fitting of gas struts was much appreciated one minor issue was that i didnt recieve a phone call Tuesday to let me know my other parts had arrived otherwise all very good and helpful and i would use Kings Autos again.

My wife and I have relied on Dave King and the team at King's Autos to keep both our vehicles in top shape for more than 15 years. Dave and James are both well seasoned mechanics who are great in diagnosing and repairing all automotive mechanical faults, from the smallest right through to major mechanical work. We have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and very competent at their trade. Over the years we have found that King's could service and repair any kind of mechanical problem on any vehicle we have owned, petrol and diesel. Claire (in the office who handles all inquiries and accounts) has a most pleasant manner and excellent communication skills which allow her to provide great customer service to their clients. We have no hesitation in recommending Dave, James and the team at King's Autos to anyone with a motor vehicle who is looking for the very best in mechanical repairs, servicing and maintenance.

Called in to check a gas strut that had faulty connectors, fixed without charge!!! Definitely recommended, (not for freebies) for friendly helpful service. Great to see businesses like this still exist.
