Fantastic experience! I got a replacement windscreen and it was relatively inexpensive compared to other place in the area. Installation only took a couple of hours, really good communication about it all. The man at the front counter always makes us feel welcome, 10/10 wouldn't recommend anywhere else

Absolutely amazing service. We arrived without notice with an issue with our door not closing, and were back on the road within a couple of hours. After previously visiting 3 other shops in the area and told that nothing could be done instantly, we were thrilled when they were happy to take a look straight away. So friendly and helpful. Had something come off a truck and go through my windscreen. The team from Novus were extremely helpful in removing all the glass from the car and covering the missing windscreen with temporary plastic to get back to Palmerston North. They even found me a replacement screen close to home. 10/10 service, highly recommend

So helpful & cheerful. Scottie is an asset. This panel beaters do such a great job, every time & you can trust them to not rip you off with prices. I should know ; in my 1st year with my brand new car, I had to visit 7 times, as people kept wanting to drive into me. They also do air conditioning replacements, I didn't know that. They can provide a courtesy car, but so far haven't needed it. Thanks for great service Guys.
