Always excellent customer service on the phone and in person. They have an experienced team with different expertise so they can assign the best person which is helpful as I've had a few different issues with my car. They came to my house to jump start me when my battery was flat, replaced spark plugs and battery, they've fixed a faulty electric window and serviced my car. Highly recommend!

Rang to enquire re changing a tyre for me on my 4x4 ute. No problem! I took it down at the time they suggested and they did it while I waited. Young guy came to holiday park to help with bike that wouldn't start he gave us a jump start and when we got down to the garage they all were trying to find us another battery, then they rang garage in methven, this was our next stop, I couldn't be more grateful for all the help they did, westcoasters are always happy to go the extra mile, thanks Hokitika Automotive you guys are the best
