Nice well mannered staff but the appointment arrangement need a shake up

We would just like to say thank you so much to hammond motors. They went above and beyond any expectations. We were currently on holiday when our car lost power and we had 2 days before we were due to go home. We were recommended my mazda to go to Hammond motors in Kaitai so rang and was told there was a 2 week wait . To my delight Irene rang back and asked to send through the scan fault we had received. Grant would have a look but no promises. We left our car with them they gave us a courtesy vehicle to use for as long as needed so we could still continue our holiday. The next day they had a part ordered and all fixed We cant thank Irene and Grant and the team enough for everything they did for us we highly recommened the to anyone so nice and friendly great company and customer service Sarah and Struan
