V.Had an oil change and service . .I was early for my appointment as I had travelled from a distance , but they didn't keep me waiting ,they started straight away. Very pleasant and helpful staff . Also very busy .
It was a cold day and I waited in the office , they offered to turn a heater on for me and also offered my wee dog a drink of water . I was happy with the work and pricing was reasonable. Even tho' it means I have to travel a distance , I would be more than happy to take my vehicle there again .
Altogether I was pleased with my experience and would recommend .

D.Chris went out of his way to help me with an electrical problem in my motorhome which turned out to be really simple to fix. He dropped what he was doing to look at it on the spot for me as I was in a hurry. Polite, friendly and professional, I highly recommend these guys.
R.in the past 2 weeks i have had to have work done on 3 vehicles( they say i happens in 3's) i was recommended to Chris and the guys and they did not disappoint. Chris communications skill are great for his business, he contacted me through-out the work being done giving me options and estimates keeping me up with what was happening, and i was very impressed with the quality of work completed. i can now say i have a new mechanic..i would highly recommend Northern Automotive T&T to anyone looking for a great job done. M.Mat and I totally recomend these guys. We have a 1954 bus that needed the back brakes sorting out. They took the time to work out what was wrong and then fixed it. All right on Christmas time amd squeezed us in. All at a very reasonable price. Thamk you Chris and Hunter. Excellent AAA + service

J.Northern Auto offer brilliant service and a can-do attitude. I was almost ready to declare my older Mazda MPV written off after two garages in Waihi said they didn't have the expertise to fix a WOF issue with the rear sliding doors, and a garage in Mount Maunganui provided a quote of over $4,000 to resolve the issue. I took the car to Northern Auto and they took on the challenge, fixing the issue for a fraction of the price of what it would have cost anywhere else. Thanks guys!
