B.Good waiting times for license test, although testing officer on first day was very strict. Told me I needed driving lessons. Came back next day with a different instructor who was really kind, and passed flawless.
E.Sheryl always helpful..Howard and his staff (including those coming up from Whg) are knowledgeable and do the best they can with their staff shortages and covid lockdowns. Patience is required as waits can be long but there is coffee and seating inside.
S.Arrived early just as well as lot of people arrived later long wait time for them..

F.The service was very welcoming and efficient. Nothing to complain about in the service just the cost is abit higher which can be excused for further observation briefs being explained and advised.
P.My last three visits around midday have resulted in 1.5Hr-2Hr wait times. Avoid their lunch breaks! Otherwise service is good and staff are helpful and proactive with advice
C.Friendly staff. Great service with free coffee while you wait. Sometimes can take a while recommend you ask how long it will be so you can walk back into town rather than just sit around.
