i.I just want to say a massive thank you, to Ian in the Repco store, who certainly knows what exceptional customer service is all about. He went and found the right item for me in his warehouse and kindly arranged to get it sent up to my local Auckland store, overnight. Shame on you Auckland stores (3 that I tried) who couldn't be bothered helping me out. Sit up and take a leaf out of Ian's book. Exceptional :)
c.Good team there apart from one particular individual who always looks like he doesn't want to be there or help. Other than that most are always happy to help.
