G.Very helpfull lady staff member, no trouble to unlock cabinets for me to look at all the dashcams for sale. Was given permission to take empty box out to car to show wife.
On return lady had relocked all cabinet, I sent her back because decided to but 2. Smiling and thank you for your business was nice

But I personally didn't enjoy the layout and it was hard to find specific items in a jiffy.
Lawnmower parts, for example were frustrating to find.

T.Good people in general... Manager s real good.. Given that the faulty item wasn't purchased at his store and I had no receipt...
But being a trade card holder he could look it up and ordered a new item to replace the faulty five hundred dollar unit.
Have spent, honestly, tens of thousands at supercheap over the years... And the Levin store is the third best... After the defunct Kilbirnie, Wellington store and one in the Hawkes Bay where Tash from Wellington went to keep her job.
If only the online ordering worked. I've waited a month for a gasket, left multiple emails and GOT NOTHING. No product, no reply, no money back.
N.I was sold the wrong bulbs by a worker here and ended up having to put my car into the auto electrician as I was told it was my wiring. Soon to find out that it was just the wrong bulbs sold to me. Super cheap autos manager quickly accommodated my concerns and instantly offered to pay for the auto electricians bill ! Although it was a rocky start they went above and beyond to fix this situation for me . Thank you !
J.Needed a replacement wiper blade for my Mazda. Supercheap have a good range for this type of car where you need the whole unit, not just the rubber strip. They offered to install it for an extra $5 but I declined and did it myself outside. I guess some people would require this extra service, so it's handy to know this.

S.Disappointing, claimed partway correct for car. Drove back to Shannon. Part not correct. Back I go. They claim part correct, car is wrong. Finally money refunded. No apology. Will not deal there again.

D.Was needing a few things specifically for a car model. I was able to get the best deals spending $50 ish saving almost $40 today. Bought 6 items for the price of 1. Love the mid year sales. Anything that wasn't on special maybe on special in couple weeks giving me the difference back in credit. Worth your while and stress free JUST ASK AT THE DESK.
T.Super-Cheap Auto have been very good to us, our generator gave up after a few months of use, Sarah and John at Super-Cheap bent over backwards to help us, replacing the generator and constantly on hand or phone to give us advice on the new one, we are very gratefully and totally impressed with the service, if we have to buy any large appliance in the future it will be from you guys, again our thanks.
P.Fantastic service! Visited the store today, had an issue with losing all rear brake lights and Hi stop light. Guessed it may have been a fuse, but was looking in the wrong place. The staff member who served us(didn't get his name, but will find out and add another review so he gets naming kudos), went out of his way to help out, more than happy to spend the time solving the problem which was sorted very quickly! Also a female staff member was great and happy to talk with me. ( I am known to be a chatterbox!) Will be recommending and returning to Super Cheap Levin. Thanks very much!
