J.Had taken my car in for an insurance assessment as I'd had a bit of a fender-bender a couple of days before. The assessor, Richard was knowledgable and gave me an honest assessment. He is knowing of the insurance process (whereas I was not) and he is in himself a car restorer. He had offered, as part of the repair process a courtesy car while my car was in the shop. All together a comfortable process in what would otherwise have been a bit of a stressful time.
D.Richard is a top bloke to deal with. Reminded me that there are still some great people out there giving really good, fast and friendly service, and doing an excellent panel beating job for an honest price. Thanks again
