Had taken my car in for an insurance assessment as I'd had a bit of a fender-bender a couple of days before. The assessor, Richard was knowledgable and gave me an honest assessment. He is knowing of the insurance process (whereas I was not) and he is in himself a car restorer. He had offered, as part of the repair process a courtesy car while my car was in the shop. All together a comfortable process in what would otherwise have been a bit of a stressful time.
