I.Good friendly service the 2 times I have been here, 2nd time was with my partner and they were super helpful. The store is genuinely nice and tidy and super easy to find what you're looking for most of the time if not the staff happily guide you or go grab the item themselves that you need.

A.I couldn't thank Shayn enough. I went in knowing completely nothing and sounding a little stupid. Shayn immediately made me feel at ease, helped me pick the best oil for my vehicle and showed me where I am meant to fill it from. Hands down the best service I have received and I definitely recommend Repco Petone based on this service

D.I must congratulate the Manager Ron Taylor of Petone Repco for his excellent customer service when things went wrong for me. A Repco spray paint can got stuck ON and would not stop spraying. Paint was every where ,but Repco insisted on paying for professional cleaners to clean up the mess and then offered me some free goodies for my inconvenience. Thats excellent customer service in my book. Good on you Ron, 5 stars service. Dave
